I'd like a siggy please!

Could you please use this image?:user posted image

You can crop the image as much as you like,i just want to have the face in the siggy.You can also shrink the image a bit so the whole face shows ^^ And leave some of the hair and neck,please!And,I'd like to have my name "Rhii" in the siggy,with the font "Scriptina"
I'd like it to be:Width:387 Height:118

Also,could it have a silver-ish border around it?A thin one,please!And a few tiny sparkles near the borders
