Returning characters can submit an addendum to their old application stating what their character is doing now that the storm has passed if they choose to. NEW CHARACTERS are required to complete the new application.

    The difference here is, there's nothing Supernatural about them. The Winchesters were never touched by evil, and they are all living happy lives.
