For those of you that haven't noticed there is a added item under your stats on the left.

It is called Respect Points. Every time you post you get .05 added to your respect points. The amount you start with is 10. The reason for this is to show people how much respect you have so far on the board. If an admin likes something you, say welcoming every member in their intro post. Or being very active. The admin can add more points to your respect. Once a member reaches 500 points worth of respect he/she is eligible for a staff postion. If you don't care to be a staff member then just ignor the respect points.

If a member can get 10,000 points in respect he/she is eligible for a co-admin postion. However the admin holds the right to determine if he/she is admin material.
