The wind blew harshly through the land. It was a barren area, not a building within a hundred mile radius. It was getting late, signified by the dying sun. The sky began to darken, the clouds began to change their hue. On one side stood an army, a handful of the angels. Their clothes painted with armor, their weapons polished, ready for the grueling battle ahead. This was to be the final battle. If Xilam could not bring Ielis back to the Angels, the future would be doomed to host the Corrupt.
From the ranks, an older warrior stood next to Xilam, gripping his sword tightly. Xilam looked to him, placing a hand on his shoulder. "I want you to return home to Hokkaido. I want you to tell the remaining angels what has happened, but do not tell them I am fighting. You will tell them that I have been killed. I can not risk having any come to my rescue and be eliminated. There has been far too many deaths already." Xilam said to the general. "You are one of my greatest fighters, but now, I need you to return back."
The general nodded and taking his handful of soldiers, began his journey back to Hokkaido. He was the only one to look back.
Xilam turned and faced the vast army that lay before him. His heart was saddened, that even though he wanted to bring an easy peace to the world, it turned into a war. "It is for the good of the people. Once the corrupt are gone, my dream will become a reality." He said. Turning to his soldier, Xilam raised his blade. "Tonight, we will recieve the meal of glory. We will bring glory and peace to Hokkaido. Sinners will no longer be among us. A better nation for all!" He shouted. His troops cried out their rally cry in return.
*Make war to bring peace...sin to make the sinners repent...is this what must be done to realize my dream?* He thought to himself, but shut his eyes, blocking out the thoughts.
On the other side of the battle field stood Ielis and her massive army of Corrupt, sinners who had completely given up hope for salvation and practically sold themselves to Lucifer himselfs. Their body had taken a torn, demonish form from the darkness that manifested themselves. Ielis, however, remained unchanged, only taking the title of She Devil from her resistance to the dark forms. "Xilam, you still do not get it. As long as man exsists, sin will exsist. The only way to rid of that sin is to rid of man." She spoke out. Turning to her troops, she looked at their disgusting figure. "No mercy." She said. They released a mighty roar and charged past her, right at Xilam's army. Xilam watched from a distance as the black mass of damned soldiers approached the Angels. "Prepare yourselves Angels! We dine with Satan herself!" He shouted, bring up his weapon in a ready stance. "Charge!!"

That was a few years after the start of the League. Xilam Chrisis founded the League of Angels with a dream to bring peace to Hokkaido, and eventually the world. In order to do this, however, he felt that by changing any thing that may hinder that dream. He began to go around Hokkaido, enlighting people on the word of the Holy Father, hoping that he would be able to change the sinners into new spirits.
The idea was great in the eyes of many, but those same people doubted that Xilam could do it alone. Thus, they joined him and soon the League of Angels built itself. Of course, there were those who sought not to change. These people were the first ever to be deemed the Corrupt. Anywho were deemed as Corrupt would be hunted and placed in prison, where they would have a lifetime to regret their ways. This, he felt, was the worse punishment that could befall man, a lifetime of regret. ----
Xilam walked down a small alleyway. It was spring, the breeze had a calming feel about it. The sun sat in the sky as the cloud slowly pasted by. "It is a nice day today.." He said to himself quietly. He needed a walk, he was tired. Tired mentally. Working on papers and recruiting new members was finally taking his toll. "They should be fine, they probably don't even know I'm gone right now." He said with a smile. As he walked, he heard a shout.
"Help! Someone stole my purse!" A woman's voice echoed from somewhere in the city. Down the alleyway came a scrappy looking man, looking to be in his mid 30s. He ran with intensity, looking behind him only. He did not see Xilam blocking his path. Before he could react, Xilam had grabbed him by his shirt and lifted him off the ground. He was still running for a moment, before realizing that he was no longer touch land.
"I believe that does not belong to you. It is in the Holy Book that one should not steal..and here you are breaking that Holy law." He said in a kind voice. The man looked at him as if he was crazy.
"What are you, one of the religious preachy types of sumthin'!" The man shouted at Xilam and spit in his face.
Xilam closed his eyes and wiped his face with a napkin in his pocket. "I will have to ask you to return that purse and end this whole manner of being now. Stealing is the work of sinners and they who sin must atone." He continued. The man simply punched Xilam in the face, making him let go of his grip. Laughing, the man hit the ground running.
"Dumb piece of holy shit, thinks he can tell me what to do!" The man said in laughter. He was running full speed, but was stopped when he ran full force into Xilam elbow. He floated through the air for sometime, letting go of the purse and hitting the ground hard. Xilam looked down at the man, picking up the purse. "You had you chance. Now you WILL atone." He said and grabbed the man by his shirt once more.
A cop sat in a cafe, drinking a hot cup of coffee. Outside, a loud thump rang out. The cop, shocked by the sudden noise, jumped slightly, turning and looking out the window. The back door of his squad car was open and in it was the thief, halfway in the car. His body was slumped, signifying that he was unconscious still. "What the.." The cop said.
Xilam walked down the alleyway once more, dusting his hands off. "I guess I'll return back to Acadamy now."

"Feels good to be back." Xilam said as he walked down the dirt path that lead toward the Acadamy. As he walked, he looked around him, seeing other students ungoing their classes and training sessions. Many of the teachers who saw him waved with the usual "Greetings Headmaster!" Xilam smiled to all, nodding to each one. Approaching the front doors of the acadamy, a woman stood there with a clipboard. "Welcome back Headmaster Xilam. Well you be taking any more visitors today?" She asked him with a smile. Xilam thought it over.
"Yes. Just one, I need you to schedule a meeting with a Ms. Ielis Elsun." He told her. She nodded and began to write on the clipboard. "I'll be in my office, you can send her there." He continued, then walked inside.
The sounds of people walking around echoed from the marble floors. It was the usual lively scene. Teachers, students and everything inbetween, walking around the Acadamy, enjoying the great wonders of life that they had been provided with. As Xilam made his way to the back, he greeted by the many Angels walking around. He finally made it to his room, walking inside and closing the door behind him. He sat down and let out a sigh. "No work I see.." He said to himself, looking around. The silence was almost eerie. He sat there with his hands crossed. His mind was replaying the day over and over again.
A knock on the door broke him from his thoughts. "Come in." He said. It opened and in stepped a rather young woman. She had medium gray hair and emotionless eyes. "Ielis, yes?" Xilam asked. She smiled to him.
"Yes, Headmaster Xilam. I am Ielis Elsun."
"I was expecting you. So you wish to be apart of the Angels." Xilam continued on. "Well, I'll start by letting you know, we never turn down a soul who wishes to do good." He continued with a smile. Ielis returned it, looking down slightly.
"I do intend too...so I may join then?"
And just like that, Ielis was excepted into the League. Little did Xilam know that this would be the beginning of the end for the league.

It was not long before Ielis was promoted to Administrator of the League. Xilam had become quite fond of her over time and she shared the same feelings. However, many of the other Angels could sense a bad spirit within her.
"What you have been taught is a lie! I have been sent here to show you the truth. I am your liberator from sin!" Ielis shouted at a man who lay hurt on the ground. Next to him was an unpaid for bread that he had stole from the bakery.
"Ielis! Surely he would return the bread if you ask! He is not far from salvation!" said one of the Angels who had accompanied her on the mission. Ielis said nothing, she only turn from the man and walked from her partner. As she walked away, the man rushed to his feet a grabbed a conceiled knife.
"You won't leave me wounded you bitch!" He yelled. He began to rush at her, but stopped as a blade emerged from his back. He fell to the ground, in agonizing pain. Ielis brought back her centipede blade, letting the broken blade connect again.
"Not far from salvation." She said to her partner and continued to walk away. Xilam was not informed of this incident.
Night was well over the world. Many of the Angels were sleeping, but Xilam was up, working like he usually did. A knock came to his door. "Who could be up...Come in." He said. It opened and Ielis walked in. "Ielis?" Xilam started. She said nothing, only approached him, sat on his lap and kissed him deeply. He caught him off guard and he pushed her from him. "Ielis, what are you doing?" Xilam asked. She was different from when she first walked into his office. From the first day they met. It was like she was being controlled by another spirit. She put a finger to his lips.
"I need you and you need me..." Was all she said.
Their clothing littered the room as the two bodies came together as one. Lying on the floor, the two made love like animals, both consumed by an uncontrollable lust for one another. All that was whispered between them was "I love you." Outside, the clouds began to cluster.

After that night, things began to change. Ielis' methods began to get worse and worse until finally it could not be hidden from Xilam anymore. Someone needed to take action. Xilam was informed about how she was acting and he immediately confronted her on it.
"Xilam, surely you understand that I do this for the both of us. I am trying to realize your dream with you."
"You are trying to realize it for me and the manner in which you do so is unforgivable and a sin itself."
Well then I am a sinner. I will not change for anyone, not even you. God has sent me here for a reason and I know that reason now. I won't let you stop me." She said to him as the two talked in Xilam's office. She gave him a cold glare. She approached him, leaning to his ear and whispering something in it. His eyes widened as she stepped back from him.
When we meet again, we will no longer share the bond we once had... She told him aloud and walked out of his office.
One year after Ielis quitting, the Corrupt began to appear. The Angels were simply no match for these devilish beings and any who challanged the Corrupt were killed. Xilam, however, took one into captive, getting any information of them he could. He was shocked to find that they had ties with Ielis. He knew what he had to do.
"There is only one way to take out the Corrupt, an action that I wish that wouldn't have to be performed. Ielis Elsun is building an army. These Corrupt are her biddings and she plans to use them to bring the downfall of the League. We musn't let this happen! We will wage war with Ielis and bring her and her army down. All mercenary Angels will go through special training for war battle. All other personel will be trained to the best of our and their abilities. We don't have much time left...a few months if we are lucky." He said and left it at that. That night, he went to one of his students, a young man by the name of Rez Kross. He was only 7 at the time.
"Rez...you are my strongest pupil. I took you and your sister in when you were mere children for your parents. Now I need you to return the favor. Ielis...has bore my child. It is much, but I need you to watch over him along with the Angels. You are my successor, please, raise him to be strong like you." Xilam to the young boy. He knew that Rez would not fully understand what it meant to be a guardian until the later years, but he had trust in him.
It was only a count of three months before Ielis attacked...
