There was a water contamination problem that wiped out all my fishes (yes, 70 gallons of contaminated water!). I'm not sure what happened exactly because I was not home at the time that it happened. There was a water contamination problem (either from the fish tank water filter or the actual house water filter -- either way both filters were changed/replaced). At the time, my mom didn't know what to do, she didn't contact me about it either because it was during an exam period and she didn't want me to worry!!!. So after a couple of fishes died, she collected the remaining fishes and put them in my old 10 gallon filled with bottled water....but they all still died.
Hearing that all of my fishes got wiped in one day had wiped my spirit for a good week. I don't blame my mom for the incident, she had tried to save them the best she knew how.
Alas, I am now completely fishless. These are the only old photos of my fishes that I have on my laptop. R.I.P. my lovlies.

I'm sorry to hear you lost all your beautiful fish. The pictures are tremendously beautiful. I bet your mom felt so bad. Seeing your pic's makes me want to get a tank with fish again.

Thanks Sally :) And yes she did..but it wasn't her fault. I am putting the tank aside for now but I absolutely love having fishes. They are very relaxing to watch!

Fish are so fragile and it's so easy for something to happen. It's sad that something had to go wrong.
