Air, -open-

[Dina]

Dina stepped up to the waters edge, the small waves lapping at her paws. She bent her head and took a drink, feeling the water refresh her body. She had been traveling all day, and this was just a little stop to get her bearings and see where she was. She breathed in deeply taking in the smells around her, other wolves were all around, this must prime hunting land. She stepped into the water wading out into the shallows, dust clouding round her feet under water. The lake was so distant, it seemed to go on for ever. As the dust settled fish began to swim round her she stared at them, everything was so weired here. She splashed out of the water and shook her self dry. She was in such a playful mood, and yet she was so lonely and wished she was back home with her family.

He felt like he had been up all day; really, it was only a few hours. He had killed himself a deer, and only eaten half of it, leaving the rest of the corpse on the ground to either rot, or be found by some other desperate animal. He didn't feel like eating much.
It had been a good night the night before, and he had slept under a huge oak tree, thinking it a perfect spot to rest his eyes, but all to soon to realise that he would be woken very early by a flock of birds nesting in the braches. This, had greatly annoyed him.
So he wasn't a very happy wolf, and felt that the only way to make himself feel any better was to have a dip in the lake. He stood at the edge, not taking notice to any of the many other wolves about, and stepped into the water, wading out a bit.

Alone?

Dina jumped up trying to catch butterflies, but they were really hard to catch. She spun round and round looking up that it made her dizzy. She stood still gaining her balance again. Looking round she saw that another wolf had come to the lake, her heart skipped a beat, it had been so long since she had seen anyone. She started to trot over to them, taking her time and trying not to seem to eger. She breathed in and sensed straight away that it was a male. She slowed down slightly as she neared him. He was in the lake so she stepped up to the edge, "Hi", she said, sometimes she could act really silly for her age, even though she was only two, she wasn't surprised.

[raxue]

raxue walked toward the lake.she was thristy, hungry and tired.her paws touched(sp?) the ground ever so softly as she moved along.raxue stuck her mouth in to the lake and drank.the crisp,cool water trickled down her dry,parched thorat.the smell of many others lay here, suddenly raxue noticed another female wolf, she was curious, raxue was startled by her apperance, not noticing her before, another wolf was wadding in the water.he looked sad and annoyed.he stood there by himself, quietly looking out across the water.raxue heard a rumble in the bushes, she turned to face the bushes.now raxue was hungry, she wanted food.she had not eaten in through out the day, her stomach tossed and turned.making an awful racket, she decided it was time to find her a suitable meal.walking towards the bush raxue sunk down, and waited.waiting for the right time
