What does everyone think of it? Good? Bad? Balanced?

It's fairly balanced. It's nothing really gamebreaking, but it's a decent Grass pokemon. I'm trying extremely hard to make Grass one of the most powerful offensive types.

He's not got too many weaknesses just Fire 4x and Fighting 2x. Unfortunately they're fairly common types in my experience...
I do have an idea for an Ice-Type Pokémon that I might make later.

Judging from what Scy says I need a Grass type killer. Fortunately, that's not hard to do.
