I've been watching the anime lately and just got to the pokemon league. Ash is facing an Arcanine who used Dragon Rage. That little haxor! Arcanine can't learn Dragon Rage at all!! :lol:

at least aiming for the horn made sense to a young mind.
I have no idea what they were thinking with "Hit my bird Pokemon with thunder so that it can use it as armor."

Technically Brock's Onix didn't lose to Pikachu. The battle got called off when TR interfered, plus there was interference by water sprinklers which Pikachu used to conduct his attack to hit an already weakened Onix (due to the water).

What really happened was that the water sprinklers used Soak on Onix, changing its type to Water. Electric > Water, so Pikachu wins.
