Advanced Bloodline: Hakaiteki

Village of Origin: The Hidden Sand Village

Bloodline Explaination:
The Hakaiteki advanced bloodline affects the user's chakara. Instead of having normal properties, it is explosive and very hard to control effectively. Once the chakara leaves the body it "explodes" creating shockwaves (not fire) that can be manipulated to do certain things. The manipulation of these shockwaves is what the Hakaiteki bloodline thrives on. The explosions make a small yellowish-green flash and a clapping sound.

Ultimate mastery of the Hakaiteki will result in the user being able to control every aspect of the shockwaves. Until one masters the chakara, it will harm the user when they use it incorrectly. To use it without getting hurt by it the user must train and have near perfect control. It takes over a decade of training to perfect the use of the chakara, and even then, the user can make a life-ending mistake if not properly focused while on the battlefield. Many shinobi die at a young age because of the highly dangerous properties of this chakara.

Aside from the Hakaiteki chakara there is a tiny reserve of normal chakara for use of ordinary jutsu, but it is very limited and easily exhausted by even the most basic of jutsus. This results in bearers of the Hakaiteki chakara to be unable to use any jutsu above academy level, outside of the bloodline jutsus. This forces all ninjas with the Hakaiteki chakara to be creative in the way they use their chakara and nearly all of them become skilled taijutsu users.

*Note: The small reserve of chakara varies from person to person, but never excedes 30.*

Bloodline Traditions:
Training begins at a very young age, as early as 4, and it is very strenuous. Many of the traditions died with the older clan members, but now every year the younger people visit the memorial to them on the anniversary of their deaths. One tradition that survived was the passing from a child into adulthood. To do this, the child must defeat the previous graduate in a purely taijutsu battle, this means no chakara. It is ment to strengthen the youth of the clan progressively and has forced some children to become the greatest taijutsu master of their time. Those who do not pass can and will try again until they do pass. If one fails three or more times then they are refered to as Shippai until they do pass. Children as young as nine and as old as twenty have passed.

Appearances:
The Hakaiteki Chakara does not affect how the user looks outwardly in any way, however, if viewed by the Byukagan then the color has changed from the usual blue to a yellow-green color. The visible damage from harsh training as a child is the only outwardly obvious thing. The marks are from chakara that exploded before it left the body. Luckily for the students, they have a low chakara reserve at a young age and cannot force out enough chakara to do kill themselves, although some students have been incapacitated for the rest of their lives by their inability to control the chakara completely.

Bloodline History:
The Hakaiteki clan dates back to several generations ago, when the first few members came together and formed a clan that concentrated their chakara so tightly that it created an explosion. This soon developed into a bloodline as the clan members' chakara began to change and become explosive on its own without the use of heavy concentration. Their chakara continued to develop all the way to current times where it is highly explosive and difficult to control automatically.

Through the years, this clan flourished, gaining many members, despite its rigorous training methods that begin early on in one's lifetime. The training methods themselves have changed a lot over the years as well. Children that were planning to become shinobi began training as early as four years old. This training was only to be able to control their chakara to a certain extent, enough so that they can call it to any certain point on their body in an instant without ripping open a large hole in their own flesh. Many of these nins ended up with horrible scars all over their bodies from making mistakes while practicing.

The brutal training methods were frowned upon by most villages and ninja academies. They believed that four years old was too young to begin training, and that the bloodline had far too violent of repurcussions to failure. The Sand Village however, was pleased to have a such a powerful bloodline under its control. They claimed that the other villages were simply jealous that they could not compete with the strength of the Hakaiteki. The Leaders of the Clan were popular with the higher ranking Sand officials, and a few were even connected to the Kazekage. Some clans became jealous, but always avoided confrontation in fear of what wrath would come upon them.

Four years ago all of the members of the clan that were chuunin level and above went on a mission to the Sound. All in all there were about twelve. They went with a few other high ranked Sand Officials, and it was supposed to be a diplomatic planning mission to attack the Leaf. Instead it was an ambush, and they were all slaughtered by Sound nins. Of course the Sound used the cover that the Leaf had attacked them and that they had killed the assassins from the Leaf. It was not until after the attack on the Leaf that the Sand found out it was really Orochimaru's doing that their shinobi had died.

That was when the new Leader, Hana, took charge. She was the oldest remaining member, as well as the most skilled and most promising pupil. She instructed the younger Hakaiteki in using their chakara and took on the role as leader of the entire clan. In doing so she also had to fend of the wolves from other clans which had been waiting to strike at the weakened clan. The Sand was forced to send in guards to help Hana protect the younger trainees, but she declined their help after a short while. The Sand always kept an eye on the Hakaiteki and their competitors, they wanted to avoid a clan war in their already weakened village at all costs.

Of course, no new members have been added since the attack, as there have been no adults to make new members, but the younger ones who were little when the elders were killed are now begining to graduate and become genins, and some even have advanced to chuunin. The leader, Hana was promoted to Jounin in light of her ability to command. She has been forced to drop her training of the children and one of her subordinates has taken over. Even with her new responsibilities she takes care of the children as much as she can.

Advance Bloodline Techniques:

Control [Seigyo]
This is the basic jutsu that is taught to all Hakaiteki users when they are young. It allows them to control their chakara enough to expel it from any tenketsu on their body without harming themselves. This isn't very useful from a combat perspective because the shockwave is not concentrated at all. It could come in handy to cause someone to let go of you or as a distraction. | Academy | Hakaiteki | Required to use all other Bloodline Jutsu

Ugoki no Bairyoku [Movement Boost]
The user forces chakara out of the body, all of it moving in a certain direction. The chakara explodes and the resulting shockwaves grant a massive boost to the user's momentum. This technique can be used to increase speed, decrease speed, change direction in midair, or modify any movement of any body part, in any direction. If used to aid an attack, the attack becomes more difficult to dodge.| Chakara : 4 (inc4) | Effect: +1 (inc4) to agility for a split second | Genin | Hakaiteki |

Tsuyosa no Bairyoku [Strength Boost]
The user forces chakara out of the body, concentrated on a specific spot where they intend to cause damage to something or someone. The most common application is with a punch or a kick. The force of the shockwave forces the user back and often sends lighter opponents flying. This technique requires excellent timing and chakara control, since the user must make contact with the object and cause the explosion at the same time. | Chakara : 5(inc4) | Damage : +7(inc4) | Advanced Genin | Hakaiteki | Opponents are knocked back 2ft (inc4) | This Technique can not be used in conjunction with any other Taijutsu technique that alters the amount of damage an attack would deal.

Hogo no Bakuhatsu [Protecting Explosion]
The user forces chakara out of the body in a conentrated location to protect them from a physical attack. The chakara explodes outside of the body, sending the shockwave forward in a concentrated blast, thus changing the direction of a punch, kick, kunai, sword, etc. This technique does not ensure protection from attacks, since an opponent could be stronger than the blast or could dodge it if they realize what is happening in time. | Chakara : 15 | Chuunin | Hakaiteki

[Exploding Seal]
This is a non combat jutsu that involves sealing the Hakaiteki chakara into an object, usually a scroll or small piece of paper. This is NOT the typical exploding note that most ninjas carry with them on missions, although it is similar to one. The ninja preforms a number of handsigns to concentrate their chakara into their hands. Then they put their hands on the item and push the chakara in. Then they have to quickly draw a seal on the item in order to keep it from exploding. | Chakara - 50 | Damage - 40 | Hakaiteki | Advanced Chuunin | Non-Battle Skill.

Chakara no Nagetsu Kerukoto [Chakara Flinging]
This is a chuunin level technique where the user picks up a small object, like a clump of earth or a rock, and concentrates a small amount of their chakara into it. They can then throw it at an opponent. The user must move their chakara into the object quickly, or there is no way that they will be able to throw it before their hand is blown off. Often when this technique is used by those who don't have a complete grasp of chakara control, the chakara blows up before it reaches an enemy, which lowers the damage, but if done correctly the chakara-infused-object will hit an enemy and explode, with about the force of an explosive note. | Chakara – 25 | Damage – 40 | Advanced Chuunin | Hakaiteki

Mokuteki no Hakai [Object Destruction]
This is a modified form of the Tsuyosa no Bairyoku which specializes only in the destruction of objects. It can crush larger objects like doors, tables, and rocks, and can ruin the blade of a sword or other sharp object. It is powerful enough to break rocks and even metals. When used, the chakara not only leaves the body, but also begins to infuse itself into the object and then explodes, which makes it impossible to use in battle, since the target must be completely stationary to use properly. | Chakara - 25 (Wood or most other substances) / 50 (Stone or other harder substances) | Jounin | Hakaiteki

Bakuhatsusei no Nami [Explosive Wave]
A high level technique requiring near perfect timing and chakara control. The user claps his or her hands together, forcing chakara into them at the exact point of impact. This creates a large shockwave which affects almost the entire area in front of the user, not only horizontally, but vertically as well. With exceptional power, this technique can level towns, but it is rarely used for that (not to mention that this requires sennin level strength, and it would have to be a small town). It is powerful enough to knock all opponents down that are hit with the shockwave, and can even damage them. If timed improperly, the result could cost the user's hands, arms, or life. | Chakara : 40(inc3) | Damage – 30(inc3) | Advanced Jounin | Hakaiteki | Enemies knocked down will be knocked down and disoriented for one post

Utsusareta Bakuhatsu [Transfered Explosion]
A Special jounin level technique that uses explosive chakara to directly attack an enemy at any point on the battle field. The user puts his or her hand on the ground and channels chakara into it. Then that chakara races through the ground and explodes underneath an opponent for serious damage. The user can't direct the chakara after it has entered the ground so the target can't move too far away or they wont be affected. However, the chakara moves extremely quickly, faster than the normal ninja can, so the only way to dodge it is to do so before the user is done channeling their chakara, which takes about two seconds, depending on the amount of chakara used. When the chakara explodes, it destroys earth, trees, and anything else in its path. This technique is extremely powerful, but extremely difficult to use because of the immense chakara control needed to channel the chakara through the ground and then have it explode at the right time. The user must be able to concentrate a lot to use this technique. | Chakara – 65 (inc2) | Damage – 130(inc2) | Special Jounin | Hakaiteki
