Owners: Lush & Kamakazibob
Clan Name: Jinnai
Village: Originally Kusagakure, Land of Grass; Currently Iwagakure, Land of Earth
Physical Traits: The members of the Jinnai clan are easy to pick out in a crowd. The men stand tall at an average height of 6’1”, with lean muscles often leaving them with a small but toned build. Their hair color usually appear in either: black, muddy chestnut brown, or golden blonde. Their eye color on the other hand is always the same, a dark turquoise blue.
Female members of the clan on the other hand, are entirely different. The average height for a female ranges between 5’4” and 5’7”, often times coupled with a full figure. Most of the time their figure is a perfect hourglass, or as close as humanely possible. There have been a few occurrences where they have overly large breasts to give them the appearance of almost falling over while walking, or an almost androgynous frame like that of a child. Those occurrences are far and far between. The females of the Jinnai clan are legendary through out the lands for their appearance. Such a thing would be almost blasphemous.
Unlike their male counterparts, the females of the clan all have varying shades of red hair from a pale ginger color, to a deep almost blood red. The color of their eyes varies between a deep greenish blue, to a pale grayish blue. Although, there has yet to be a female born into the clan with the same shade of eyes as the males.
As for the bloodline users, there is no physical change in appearance to single them out from the clan. No change in eye color, hair color, no strange or unusual marks of any kind. They blend in easily with the clan, only letting the elders know they have the bloodline capabilities.
The reason for the very distinctive appearace of the clan members, is a series of dominant physical traits passed down from the first clan head, Jinnai Tsu. It is believed that she was the first to posses those traits, later passing them on through her own children until her blood became well mixed among the clan.
Clan Description: The Jinnai clan is quite simplistic, believing in the most simplest ways of living. They are a clan immersed in the love for the flora surrounding them. From this love sprouted not only festivals but blood sacrificial offerings as well in reverence.
Most might consider the blood sacrifice a little more than just a bit extreme, but it is done with care and only by the willing. Each year with the coming of the first full moon of spring, a Jinnai clan member spills a small amount of blood over the great Yoshino tree. By doing so they give a little bit of their chakra along with a little bit of their life to the sacred tree for which each Jinnai takes care of. This tree represents their life, their destiny to grow; without it they would be nothing but normal ninja dependent upon normal jutsu.
What most do not know except for the few elders and the clan head, is that within this sacred Yoshino tree that they brought with them from Kusagakure, is the spirit of their beloved Jinnai Tsu. Without this tree and her spirit, their power would be gone, or at least that is what they believe.
It is because of that belief that each member of the clan receives a foundation of early ninja training. After reaching the level of genin, they are allowed to not pursue that path anymore, instead choosing another one. The reasoning behind this is that if a time came, anyone would be able to at least make a good attempt at protecting the tree.
------------------------
The simple definitions of what flora and fauna really are in the world, do not apply here. Fauna is no longer animal life when dealing with this clan. Animal life is strictly animal life, where as fauna will be the plant life sustained by the clan.
What is flora?:
Flora is what the Jinnai consider to be all of the unadulterated nature. It is the nature that grows without help from anything else in their surroundings. This is the nature you can find almost anywhere except for maybe in the wind country, where the nature will be sparse and almost challenging to find.
What is Fauna?:
Fauna is the nature that is supported by the Jinnai. This is the nature that has their own chakra running through to sustain its life. All living things have chakra, water, animals, even plants. It is no surprise, but this is the real fauna, not the fauna that most consider to be animals. Plants that have animalistic life properties, is what real fauna is. A chakra system that mimics that of humans flows through these plants, making it easy for the Jinnai and the fauna to be one.
--------------------
Clan Innerworkings: Unlike most clans where there would be an elder leading the clan, the Jinnai works differently. The leader of the clan is for show, a face presented to the rest of the world, while a group of advisors make most of the important decisions behind the clans actions.
These advisors are chosen based upon what they can bring for the well-being of the clan. There is neither an age limit nor a requirement. Once one advisor needs a replacement, the clan as a whole deliberates until one is chosen and agreed upon by the majority. While the clan leader is an entirely different matter.
Most believe the leader is a bloodline user, after all it only makes sense, but when looked at as a whole there have been very few bloodline users through out the clan history. The leader is someone who must be strong, with more than just a good head on their shoulders. The leader is hand chosen at a young age, and raised to understand what must be done for the clan. Once the old leader dies, the chosen one takes their place. Eventually picking a new prodigy within the first year.
As of current times, the leader of the Jinnai through a horrible tragedy, is now Jinnai Tsukiyama. Despite it's appearance as a laughing matter, she was chosen for a reason and will follow the leadership duties as followed for the best of the clan.
Clan History: The clan is that of a peaceful, fauna loving one from their first days as a clan long before the war between the grass and the earth. They rose up as a small family clan in Kusagakure with only a handful of members. They were considered outsiders to the village, living a good distance away in a lush valley hidden by giant bamboo fields. Inside that valley resided their family home, a sprawling mansion separated sporadically by gardens.
As their numbers increased they slowly became more involved with Kusagakure, inviting some of the more friendly families to their homes for festivals, which eventually became what the Jinnai clan was known for. They celebrated once a month their love for the lush fauna. Often times letting their festival last for days with small games, and large banquets at night.
The root of their love was based from the legend of the first family head, Jinnai Tsu. She was a lovely woman who married a jounin of Kusagakure but became widowed within a few years. She possessed an innate ability to control the fauna around her, often leading to the legend that it was her who created the lush valley that the family resided in.
After the clan was well established, creating a small niche for themselves amongst the other respected families of the village, something changed. They grew more and more concerned for the village itself. Kusagakure was turning more violent and less, conservative like their beginnings. Their goal for being a country of power was slowly corrupting the village leader.
Despite that, the Jinnai clan waited to make their move. It took many centuries, but eventually they defected from the Grass country itself entirely. During the war between the Grass and the Earth, the Jinnai made a deal with the Kage himself of Earth. As long as they did not aid in the war, they would be allowed to leave and become a clan of Earth peacefully. Despite their love of the Grass Country, it was a decision they made wisely.
In the year after the war, the Jinnai clan left the Grass country suddenly, leaving their family home for the past handful of centuries. They left in the dead of night making sure they would not be able to be followed. This was achieved by burning down most of their family home. It was a heart wrenching task, making much of the clan weep as they left.
Once they reached the land of earth, their sadness was only furthered by the harsh terrain they faced. The barren terrain proved to be a disheartening task to fix, putting a damper on much of the clan spirit. Many of the elders, and a handful of bloodline users used their power to change the terrain into a lush valley much like the one they had lived in previously. A few lives were sacrificed in order to do so, but it was done for the greater good of the clan.
Since those first few days of the new beginning, much has changed. The clan took on it's previous role, bringing the love of nature back into Iwagakure. Their presence is still questioned by most of the elder clans in the village, at least the ones that can still remember after the centuries. Despite that they have managed, they have survived. Creating a small flourishing niche for themselves in the changing times.
Jinnai Yoshino: The yoshino tree of the Jinnai as been dated back to the century of Jinnai Tsu's death. Although the records are at best murky in it's factual illudings to the age, it does provide valuable information regarding the clan's history.
At the time of Tsu's grandson Sui's death, one of the young advisors made an entry on a sealed scroll locked away within the inner passageways of the clan home. It was noted that at Sui's death the elder advisors performed a ritual on a dieing white blossom tree. With the death of Sui, the clan's powers began to slowly fade as flora that had always thrived slowly began to die. With no heir to the first branch of the family left, drastic measures were taken.
The elders took Tsu's remains which still had traces of her soul present, and fused them with the dieing tree. The ritual was noted as being similar to that of fusing a bijuu with a human. At the time the scroll was made, several of the Jinnai users, including Sui had participated in fusing Houkou with a human in Kusagakure. It was never clear on if the fusion was sucessful or not, but the fusing of Tsu and the tree was made sucessful in all areas.
Upon the completion of the fusion, the flora quickly began to thrive once more. This only aided the theory of a close relative to the creator must be alive for the power to stay consistant and true.
Although the chance to thrive on their own was taken out of their hands, it spawned more questions and situations that could have easily been avoided. One of these questions wasn't noted until within the last twenty or so years of the clans history.
When the sealed scroll was discovered by Ichiro during his reign as a clan leader, he added another entry to the already confusing on. After an attack on the clan was made by one of the rivaling clans in Iwagakure, the great Yoshino tree was drenched in blood. Upon his arrival at the tree he noted something strange. Hidden amongst the roots of a tree a small baby was found. The baby was new to the world, less than a day old from what he could discern.
At first he assumed the young babe to be that of someone another than a clan members' due to the fact that no Jinnai would leave their baby alone, but his conclusion was quickly stripped away as the babe opened its eyes. Bright aqua eyes of a jinnai stared back at him in wonderment. There was no mistaking at that point.
What was done with the young babe after it's moment of discovery is unknown. Neither Ichiro or an elder finished the added passage.
Clan base of power: The Jinnai clans base of power is quite complex. Their whole existence is dependant upon the flora and fauna around them, making almost all other jutsus besides their own, useless. The reason for this being due to the foundation Jinnai Tsu left for the clan as part of her legacy.
From birth the members of the clan are taught to revere the flora and the fauna. In doing so they are better able to understand its inner workings. Thus, allowing them a better understanding of how to harness the power and the strength it represents. From those early stages and from the days of the academy, it makes most other jutsu almost impossible for the Jinnai to learn. Their training is so focused on the flora and fauna, that they do not understand how to mold their chakra for other uses.
As they grow older, and their understanding becomes clearer, they must be able to support the family by taking on the task of continuing to pass down what they know and understand to the children. Without this, the clan would die and everything they have worked so hard for would die as well. The flora and fauna they support would slowly die, leaving many areas of Kusagakure and Iwagakure barren.
Clan Fighting Style: The Jinnai Clan's fighting style is what most would consider, frilly and almost a woman's way of fighting. Regardless if they are a bloodline user or not, each Jinnai ninja goes through the same basic training. This training for the most part consists of dancing and contortion.
Contortion is the ability to bend the body is such ways that seem almost impossible. It produces great flexibility and teaches an almost unrivaled balance. The key to this is a fluid, un-bulky body which most Jinnai posses.
The reason for those two types of training is to produce a skilled ninja that can easily evade attacks, as well as make well executed ones. Such training allows a person to move their body with precise control.
Conformity and Grace; Stage 1 [ Tekiou Yuuga; Shoki Ichi ]
To properly understand the style, and the movements necessary to complete all of the jinnai jutsu to their fullest extent, the practitioner is forced to learn the basics of contortion in dance. Contortion is the ability to bend one body into extreme angles and treat the limbs as if they are merely boneless. The basics of dance are also taught here, something similar to what most would consider a gypsy style of fluid movements and contortion of the body. | +1 Strength | Academy
Conformity and Grace; Stage 2 [ Tekiou Yuuga; Shoki Ni ]
After many years of practice the practitioner is finally able to contort their body with ease and little resistance. Their skill now encompasses the use of weapons in their art, using fluid motions to strike at the enemy and contorting their body through instinct to avoid damage. | +2 Agility | Genin
Conformity and Grace; Stage 3 [ Tekiou Yuuga; Shoki San ]
The final stage of conformity and grace. This stage is achieved through harsh training, using chains to restrict the body's motions. This is done to achieve a higher level of mastery over ones body. The use of lengthy weapons is also added to the style, allowing them to become an extension of ones body.| +1 Intelligence + 1 Strength| Chuunin
Clan Techniques:
Academy
Understanding of Fauna [ Wakari no Doubutsushi ]

Field of Flowers [ Nohara no Kusabana ]
A simple genjutsu making the opponent feel as if they have been placed in a field of wild growing flowers. The field never ends nor do the flowers ever change. The sky above it is pale blue without a cloud in sight, but the lack of an actual sun is the first sign of a genjutsu, although rarely noticed by the opponent. Once that is realized and said aloud, the genjutsu ends. | Chakra -15 | Damage -10 chakra in first responce post and -5 for every post after while in the genjutsu | Genin | Lasts for three posts and requires an intel of 4 to break.

By doing so they can easily cause a burst of life to flow forth, and cover the battle field in a lush vegetation. | Chakra -30 | Advanced Genin | Must have all Genin and Academy level jutsu. Field has a radius of ten feet, and lasts for only three posts.
Chuunin
Armor of Fauna [ Koutetsu no Doubutsushi ]
By molding the users chakra into flora, they can use it to create a thin layer of armor around themselves. It is similar to the wind countries armor of sand, but can be easily detected due to the light green tint it gives to the users skin. | Chakra -40 | Decreases all attacks by 5, but if less than five it lowers it to 1. Decreases fire attacks by 2 | Chuunin | Lasts for 4 posts.
Katana of Earth [ Katana no Koudo ]
By creating a seal on the ground, and sacrificing a small amount of blood, the user is able to call forth a katana. The seal is quite simple, but reacts only to the blood of the Jinnai. Once it is used, a katana sprouts forth from the ground but can easily be sent back before time is up if it is taken away from the users hand. | Chakra -25 | Damage -20 varies etc. | Chuunin | Must know Basic Contract with Flora. Jounin
Advanced Terrain Manipulation [ Adobansudo Chikei Ayatsuri ]
A more complex form of Terrain Manipulation. From here, the user can control what kind of terrain they can create. It can be a field of giant cactus, or a field of giant bamboo. Radius of thirty feet for terrain.| Chakra -40 | Jounin | Must know Terrain Manipulation. Lasts for four posts.
Maze of Flora [ Meikyuu no Furo-ra ]
Another signature genjutsu of the Jinnai. The opponent is placed into what appears to be a maze consisting of flowers and vines. The maze is never ending, changing the paths at the will of the user. There is no sky, just empty space above, and if the user is feeling devious they can make it seem as if their body is a part of the maze. Appearing and reappearing from the walls, the ground, where ever they please. The jutsu can be broken by finding the center of the maze which features a large koi pond. | Chakra -30 | Damage -20 chakra in initial responce post and -10 chakra for every post after while in the genjutsu. At this level and stage in their ninja life, the user is able to take their contract to the next level. No longer bound by previous techniques, and training, the user is able to create stronger and more intricate weapons using the flora. This does not necessarily lead to just normal weapons such as a sword, or a corded weapon. It can lead to intricate traps as well. | Chakra -40 initial and -10 for every post after | Damage -30 but varies etc. | Special Jounin | Requires all previous contracts

Damage: Assault - 25 Battery - 35 (can only use when not melded)
Poison: -10 hp after being hit.
Bamboo Doom [ Chikurin Meiun ]
A more complicated than its predecessor Field of Flowers this genjutsu makes the opponent feel as if they have been placed in a field of bamboo cut to become razor sharp spikes. The spikes seem to go on for infinity. The sky above it is a murky brown haze; it is quite easy to tell that this is a genjutsu. the only problem is that this can affect the body in real time damage. The only ways to escape are to break out of it or wait for it to dissipate | Chakra - 70 | Damage - 100 | S-Class | Lasts for 8 posts and requires an int of 8 to break also requires an agil of 7 stay balanced (- 1 agil and int per post) if agil goes under 7 the victim falls onto the spikes suffering major mental and physical damage. Intel returns two posts after broken.
Bloodline Description: The bloodline users of the Jinnai clan are often kept secret, even to most of the clan members. From their start in the Land of Grass, there have always been a few members of the clan that stand above the rest. Those members have an innate ability to use their chakra, and blood to use special fauna based jutsu. This special ability gives them access to simple jutsu such as fauna as weapons, all the way to complex things like the clans summoning contract.
The bloodline allows the users chakra and blood to be fused into the creation of the jutsu, giving it animalist life properties. This allows their chakra sacrificed to flow through the creation, turning it into what was intended. In doing so this allows the flora to become fauna, no longer in immediate danger of fire or being cut through.
Bloodline Techniques:
Academy
Aided Growth [ Kyuusai Hatsuiku ]
The most basic of abilities for a Jinnai bloodline user. The user is able to fuse their blood with their chakra, once it has left the flesh, in such a way that if it touches any sort of fauna, it thrives. It won’t bring any dead vegetation back to life, but it can help prolong the fauna’s existence. | Chakra -10 (per attempt) | Academy | Foundation for all moves. A plant must survive after all once it is uprooted, or it instantly dies.
Dissection of Fauna [ Kaibou no Doubutsushi ]
Another basic skill needed by the bloodline users. In it's early stages they are able to understand the simplest components of most flora. As their studies progress they can understand the flora on a molecular level. In doing so they can understand how to proceed with fusing two different types of flora into one, by skipping the cross fertilization process. | Passive non-battle skill | Academy
Genin
Improved Growth [ Kaizen Hatsuiku ]
The user is able to use more chakra with little blood to help the fauna survive. They are still unable to revive fauna at this stage, but are easily able to bring fauna back from the brink of death. | Chakra -15 | Genin
Petal Shuriken [ Hanabira Shurkien ]
Shuriken made out of simple flower petals. The user simply molds their chakra around the petals, hardening them enough so they can cut through flesh. | Chakra - 3 [per petal] | Genin
Shield of Fauna [ Shi-rudo no Doubutsushi ]
My molding their chakra, along with a sacrifice of blood, the user is able to pull forth a shield from the flora around them. This can be done instaneously by simply uprooting a plant to create the shield. Granted the plant must be of a decent size to create a shield worth making. | Chakra -20 | Hp -10 | Decrease damage by 10. Decrease fire jutsu damage by 5. | Genin | Lasts for three posts.
Reptilian Mediocre Summons] [ Hachuurui Heibon Kanmon ]
The user is able to summon a small lizard, usually a gecko of some sort. The lizards are usually weak, and quite useless in battle. This is much more of a passive skill and often used when the risk of stealing something themselves presents exposure. It's a lot easier to send in a hoard of tiny pick-pocketing geckos to get the job done instead of being exposed. Not to mention it's just laughable to see. | Chakra -30 | Hp -15 | Damage; Chakra minus HP after performed. Divide that by 3 | Genin
HP: 15
Chakra: 0
Strength: 1 (+3)
Agility: 1 (+6)
Intelligence: 1 (+5)
Endurance: 1
Accuracy: 1
-Note that the geckos have no techs of their own. They can only perform simple tasks like stealing and scouting out an area. That is all.
Chuunin
Unrivaled Growth [ Muteki Hatsuiku ]
The most advanced level of growth aide known to the Jinnai. Upon the mastery of this skill, the user is now able to create weapons from plants. Coupled with their skill of dissection of fauna, it makes the task much easier, also in tern allowing to bring flora back from death. A draw back from this is that now they are able to kill the flora as well. | Chakra -15 | Chuunin | Must know Advanced Growth
Reptilian Apt Summons] [ Hachuurui Tekisetsuna Kanmon ]
Ever wanted a pet iguana? Well, look no further! You have one. A foul-mouthed, lazy, suicidal one. Yes… Suicidal. Nine out of ten times with this summons you get Maru-kun! He rarely does much in the way of battle, but does prove to be entertaining. The only real battle action you will get out of him, is maybe a all or nothing attack. That only happens if: a] he gets attacked, or b] someone insults him. The other one out of ten is just pure luck and well, no one really remembers what the other summons reptile is for this one. It just doesn’t happen all that often. | Chakra - 50 | Hp -50 | Chuunin | Must know Reptialian Mediocre Summons
HP: 50
Chakra
Strength: 1 (+5)
Agility: 1 (+3)
Intelligence: 1
Endurance: 1
Accuracy: 1
Hooking Bite -25 Tail Whip -15
Whips of Thorns [ Hoippu no Keikyoku ]
By letting a small amount of blood of their blood mix with a thorny plant seed, they can let it fall to the ground and produce a whip of thorns. This is done by using their growth skill to manipulate the plants growth, speeding it up and controlling what it creates. When it is finished they simply uproot the plant and can use it as a whip. The plant itself is stronger and more durable with razor sharp points due to the fusing of chakra and blood. Once uprooted the roots become the grip, wrapping tightly together for easier handling. As a Chuunin the whip can only equal their height in the beginning. As they become stronger they can add an additional three feet for every level above chuunin. | Chakra -30 | Damage -15 | Chuunin | Lasts for four posts
Sword of the Yoshino [ Tsurugi no za Yoshino ]
A large sword pulled from the trunk of a yoshino tree. This can only be performed when the user has access to such a tree. It is simply done by extracting the sword from the tree and giving the chakra to the tree as a replacement. | Chakra -30 | Damage -20 but can vary depending on what is intended | Chuunin | Lasts for four posts
Grip of the Madeira [ Haji no za Madeira ]
By seeding the battle field with seeds of the Madeira flower, the user is able to send out a net of chakra through the ground connecting with each seed. By doing so they can sprout the seeds into life creating a giant net of vines that can be controlled by a few hand seals. | Chakra 30 [inc2] | Damage -15[inc2] varies depending on intent | Chuunin | Must know Unrivaled Growth. Net has a radius of thirty feet. More often used to restrain, with a Strength of 6 [increase by 2 for every inc made] needed to break through.
Shielding Fauna [ Shi-rudo Doubutsushi ]
By sacrificing blood and chakra, which can be done through out the battle, the user can create a shield around themselves. This is done by creating a seal with the blood, which activates a giant sprouting flower blood. From there the bud engulfs the user, creating a shield entrirely around them. | Chakra -30 | Hp -15 | Decreases damage by 15, if less than 15 it decreases to 1. Decreases fire jutsu damage by 10. | Chuunin | Must know Shield of Fauna
Jounin
Reptilian Master Summons [ Hachuurui Teishu Kanmon ]
The grand queen pooh-bah [whatever that word is] of reptiles. Kura-kun. A giant over-sized fat tailed gecko, which by the way are entirely cute because they appear to have two tails instead of one and a head. Kura-kun is quite honestly, one of the hardest reptiles to get to move on the battle field. Worse than Maru-kun. Why is this you ask? Kura-kun is often summoned while she's asleep, granted that's all she seems to do. It takes quite a forceful jutsu to wake her up, preferably fire or something equally painful. When she does wake up, the best strategy is.... run away. Far, far, far away my friend. Kura-kun awaken from a slumber is not the best thing to see. Picture godzilla on a rampage, add a little gecko, maybe some ecchi, and voila~! Kura-kun.| Chakra -100 | HP -100 | Jounin | Must know Reptilian Apt Summons
HP: 100
Chakra: 20
Strength: 1 (+10)
Agility: 1
Intelligence: 1
Endurance: 1
Accuracy: 1 (+5)
Glare of Paralysis
Once the opponent looks into Kura-kuns eyes their agility drops 5 points as it makes the muscles more difficult to use. | Chakra -10 | Lasts for 3 posts
Dinner
Kura-kun swallows her target whole. Yes... whole. | Damage -30 | Requires a strength of 11 to break free, or see next attack.
Projectile Swamp
Kura-kun spits back up her opponent along with some peat moss, and stagnant swamp water for appearances sake. Quite nasty if you ask me. | Damage -20 |
Leech of Fauna [ Hiru no Doubutsushi ]
The user is able to drain a sufficient amount of chakra from the surrounding fauna. This is done by melding their chakra with the fauna, and pulling it out by force. | Hp -10[inc 2] | Chakra -20[inc 2] | Gain; intel multiplied by strength [inc 2] | Jounin | Must know dissection of fauna
Poisoned Whip of Thorns [ Dokubutsu Hoippu no Keikyoku ]
The process is similar to that of creating whips of thorns. When creating the whip the user must sacrifice some of their health in order to jumpstart the poison glands in the plant. When this is done successfully it creates small pools of poison in each of the thorns that is released on contact. | Hp -20 | Chakra -40 | Damage -20, and 5 there after for every post. Damage can be less or more depending on the intent of the wielder, and the damage taken. | Jounin | Must know Whips of Thorns | Lasts for four posts
Rapid Growth [ Hakabakashii Hatsuiku ]
By sending a net of chakra laced with blood over the ground, the user can increase the rate at which the flora grows dramatically. In doing so they can turn the terrain into a lush valley of flora. Do to the rapid growth, the change in terrain only lasts for four posts, instantly reverting back to it's original appearance. | Chakra -40 | Hp -15 | Jounin | Must know Unrivaled Growth
Root Scythe [ Tsukene Gai ]
A simple seed of a root plant is sent into the ground and grown with the aid of chakra. Once it has reached maturity, the root is uprooted, and molded into a scythe completed with knots and an earthy appearance. | Chakra -20 | Damage -25 varies upon intent etc. | Jounin | Must know Unrivaled Growth. Takes one post after planting to mature. Lasts for three posts afterwards
Chained Scythe in Fauna [ Kusari Gai o Doubutsushi ]
This is the most advanced technique for a jounin to learn, often times being skipped over due to the complexity of it. By letting their blood mix with a seed of a thorny plant and a seed of bamboo, they must meld the seeds together when trying to grow the plant. Once that is done, and they uproot the plant, they must use their chakra to slowly form it into shape, allowing one thorn to shape into a fairly large blade, and the bamboo to mix with the thorny plant to become the staff in which the scythe blade is attached to. For the most part it can be used as a normal scythe, but when the staff is broken in two, the bottom half instantly attaches itself back and turns into a length of chain. This creates a chained scythe, which looks like an odd version of a kama on a chain. | Chakra -50 | Damage -25 varies upon intended so it can decrease or increase relative to what is done | Special Jounin | Must know Root Scythe | Lasts for five posts

Healing Network [ Chiyu Nettowa-ku ]
Based upon the name itself, this jutsu would be considered harmless by most, but to the Jinnai, it is frightening. The user sacrifices a decent sized amount of chakra, sending it into the ground around them for about a 30 foot radius. In doing so their chakra connects to all of the chakra circuits of the flora within their reach. Once that is done they are able to pull all of the chakra and life from the plants, instantly killing them. | Chakra -100 | Nullifies Chakra and HP damage and gain for three turns. | S-Rank | Must know Leech of Fauna
Orb of Wrath [ Kyuutai no Doki ]
Much like the Healing Network a large amount chakra is sent into the ground, creating a giant network with the flora. Unlike the Healing Network it does not affect ones chakra or health, instead the chakra it pulls is used to create an orb of chakra. The chakra turns a deep purple color, almost black in appearance to represent the hatred the flora feels for those that harm it. This technique is a one shot or else jutsu, and once it is spent the chakra is gone forever leaving the flora in a state of despair and death that is irreplaceable. | Chakra -100 | Damage -250 can be increased or decreased depending on terrain. In a lush forest, increase damage 100. In a desert or rocky terrain, decrease damage by 150 and it is best to just not use it then. | S-Rank | Must know Healing Network
