I have been offered hosting. Same basic limits as before - any text or pictures, but probably no video or big vls. This is essentially what I was able to have before.
Who wants to see the site come back? What should be on it? Who's still making stuff - comics, sprites, whatever? Who thinks we need to have a working site again? I await input. |

I haven't dabbled in sprites for years....
Think I would do the internet a service to keep it that way... Jokes I can make..... sprites I cannot. |

I've given up sprite comics, but am totally keen to write one (i.e. just the script).

Not entirely sure what I would contribue; Co-Authors/Cyran Mythos isn't coming back, at least not that I can see.
I'm up for some blogging space maybe. We could each get one, and those who want to write comics could install ComicPress (Optimized Wordpress software for webcomics) |

See, this is what confused me. We don't produce a lot of visual content these days. We are most definitely a community, if a much more relaxed one now.
A blogging service could be interesting in that I have v. different standards for writing/cursing/etc. and would likely be more lenient in a lot of ways. But there are a bazillion out there already established. What do we need from a site? A site here, yours, mine, ours, with all of our stuff in it. Which stuff? |
