I'm assuming you don't mean Mangas and online comics.

Anyway, the only comics I read are the daily comics in my newspaper and a select few on the internet such as Ripley's Believe it or Not! and Over the Hedge which is being made into a movie.

All the other comics I read are either online or sprite.

I read plenty of webcomics, but only one comic book: City of Heroes.

Jesse - December 22, 2005 06:54 AM (GMT)
Berserk is one of my favorite mangas, and I must say, I enjoy Order of the Stick, VGcats, and Goblins for web comics.

Well yesterday i went into a bookstore and saw they had a graphic novel section (JOY!) which has Inuyasha DBZ and Sin City tucked in there so those are the three i'm buyin, one of each every 2 weeks is my budget. SO yeah those ones and i'm looking ot get more Crow comics thats about it for me.

Online comics i got bored of.

For mangas:

One Piece, Naruto, Excell Saga, Cromartie High School, Bleach, Shaman King (surprisingly good, despite the lackluster anime,) Kazzan, Ragnarok, etc.

For comics:

Spawn (the older ones, for the love of god. Steer clear of the newer stuff,) The Ray Bradbury Adaptations, Kingdom Come, and stuff like that there. Anything with good stories, hyper-violence, or a combination thereof.

Pretty much whatever peaks my interest....my bookshelves are groaning with the multitude. ^^; That's one of the reasons I try to limit times I go to book stores. It ranges from stuff like Hellsing to Absolute Boyfriend.

As for webcomics, I follow O:31, Hanna is Not a Boy's Name, the Deviant Dead OCT tournament, whatever crops up with Curiah City, and ones Robert posts. XD

Well went a bit nuts today and cued up over 12 gb of comics LOLZ and before anyone says it i've been out of work with a back injury for a while and comics here cost 50 bucks for trade paper back or Graphic novel so :P.

Anyways I jumped into some stuff by mark Millar since i loved his work on the ultimates and literally just finished reading Kick-Ass. It's fairly different to the movie and is worth the look, it's pretty bloody but Romita's art work is still pretty awesome and Millar is as good as ever. I look forward to the next comic and the next movie and I'm just getting Wanted now.

Aside from that I read the Sinestro Corps war ages ago so i'm working on blackest night.
Secret Invasion and the follow ups Seige and Dark Reign.

The Final Crisis stuff im looking at as well plus all the other crap with it and will probably look at Infinite crisis soon as well as getting back into the Death of Superman Arc (Aussie Luthor killed it, if you gonna write us learn how we talk! Dude was stuck in the 60's!).

Plus the Death of Batman stuff which i already have BUT it ties in with Final Crisis so i can't read it yet........

That and Fullmetal Alchemist, last issue coming up and it's getting pretty good!

Gotta get back up to date with ultimate Marvel as well, Loeb killed it but the new Ultimate Avengers looks kewl. Also Hellboy, must get back up to speed with the BPRD!

I just started on the Blackest Night prelude stuff; and I got to say it is good.
But part of me wonders if they're cheapening the power Green Lanterns wield by making it one of now 9 different lights characters can use. (All seven colors of rainbow, white and black)

Corvid - July 12, 2010 11:54 PM (GMT)
Oh i totally agree , the white and black are fine and i think yellow should be there but all the others are pretty useless and don't add anything and just make the Green Laterns a little less special and fun. I gotta say though that and the Sinestro Corps war actually turned me around on the laterns, they always seemed so stupid to me but i just love the idea of the rings now.

I'm working on Final Crisis at the moment but there's so many other maxi series that kinda lead into it and some of them is HOOGE!

AnonCollie - July 13, 2010 03:43 AM (GMT)
I do like how the different lanterns have different powers, but the only ones I liked outside of Sinestro and the main Green corps was Blue - but only if they start making them living power sources for Green Lanterns while on duty.
