Destiny Islands Academy has always been a prestigious place to attend, even when it was first opened. It was only open to current residents with a grade point average above 3.0; if it dipped below that, then the student was kicked out of the academy. For years it had been this way.

However, with a new dean in charge, the academy has become public and the strict rules thrown out the window. Students from all worlds are invited to come, no matter GPA, deeds done in the past, or just flat out rejection from another academy. The most prestigious school has just become the most populated and colorful school around.
