It is 2021, and democracy is dead. The Brotherhood, comprised of humans and superhumans alike, have taken over the capital of the United States, and they are running the country with an iron fist. Anyone who dares say anything against The Brotherhood is never seen or heard from again. The Merry Men [and Women] have sprung up in response, striking out in response to the violence and brutality The Brotherhood uses to keep people in line. Citizens have a divided opinion on The Brotherhood: Visible crime is at an all time low, but that is only because people are too scared to do anything out of line. Is it worth it if you are constantly being watched by the government?
This is the world in which you live now. There is no way out. You're waking up to just another day.
