Me too, Shaggy. smile.gif BTW, you need to take a look at the "Infinity/Exodus" thread on SW:E. It directly affects you, now. smile.gif Let us know what you think.

The thread is on the General OOC forum.

I saw it, dude I am feaking humbled that you would offer it to me. thanx. Like I said, if it's approved then ya I'll take the job.

Ok another question, does this mean Sabertooth is back or I am jsut using him as an outline for another charcter? I want to make sure on this one.

It doesn't mean he is back. It means you can be just like him and perhaps have been trained by him. Or completely different powers and still trained by him. It means you can have access to him for your biography, where as everyone else can't. Like I made Iron Man, which is simpler than Sabertooth. Basically, my character is just the next generation of Iron Man is all.

Understand?

Well, I was set in stone as to who I wanted to do a recreation of... but... now... not too sure anymore.

I'm torn between Blade, Black Panther, Deadpool, Gambit, Moon Knight, or Ronin....

dry.gif

Any suggestions? I'm going for the more hardcore martial artist type, and so (as you will undoubtedly realize) all of those results came up as fictional martial artists (in Marvel... Batman's the only cool one in DC).

I'd do Black Panther just to vex Mir, but that's not much of a reason to take on a character. (Though it would probably be worth it, annoying Mir and all. wink.gif)

Each character would have an advantage and disadvantage for me RPing with, each being contingent on who is (or is not) chosen.

Blade, Gambit, and Deadpool (in no particular order) ftw.

On another note, for those of you choosing heroes/villains such as Sabertooth, Deadpool, Maverick, etc... As far as I'm concerned, the Weapon X-R project is open to any who would wish to use it as an origin.

Yes, I should add that I have an organization that created my character, Sentinel, which would be open to anyone else if they need that type of background. Think of it as a Cadmus Labs type of thing from DC. smile.gif

And Anon, I like all of them except Gambit. He was never a favorite of mine. Personally, I REALLY like Blade, Black Panther, and Moon Knight. I also like Ronin a lot, but she is a relatively new character and they all ready have a new person as Ronin. So, not sure if I'll still like it.

For sake of very very personal preference, if I were to get down to it, it would either be Ronin, Black Panther ('cause it looks like he's Marvel's Batman, unless I missed something), or Blade ('cause I could make a really awesome supervillain for him).

Personally, I would go with Blade then. And as far as Black Panther and Batman go.....I'm not sure that would be a good description of either. They really aren't all that a like. Moon Knight is much more like Batman than Black Panther is. But Black Panther is still pretty cool. And with him, if you follow true tradition, you would also get to rule the nation of Wakanda. In this case, I would probably say you SHOULD be related to the original somehow. Like a nephew or something.

Cause Bane will be another character. Sabertooth is going to be my good guy (strangely enough)

The other guys are going to be completely made up.

Umm... yeah. Just 'cause your character has the same name as an official one, doesn't mean he is that character.

And I wanted to make a comment about what Anonymous last said. Yes, just because your character has the name of an established character, doesn't mean you ARE the established character. But also, the same goes for powers. Just because you have a character that has psychic abilities does not mean it is a copy character of Jean Grey, Professor X, Emma Frost, etc. I'm sure there are mutants out there that have the same power as another mutant.

And copy characters! The term is more for you to use one of them in a background somehow. Had Mir decided to use his character as the Batman copy character doesn't mean he has to be Batman. It just means he moved into Wayne Manor and now runs Wayne Enterprises, etc. He was able to use Batman in his background, and no one else will be able to do that now. Hell, he could call his guy the Blue Rhino Man and it would still count as the copy character. I'm not sure if I explained that well at all. tongue.gif
