Why is it that we are reading more and more about Domestic Violence. It's crazy. Nobody can talk things out anymore. All it seems people want to do is fight or act crazy. Can't we all just get along and live in peace.

yes. we do have a lot of that nowdays... but we also have a lot of caring people who really do make a difference. i think it just SEEMS like there's more violence than good. as we all know bad news travels much faster than good. you just need to look and you will see there are a lot of wonderful and beautiful people out there.

I think there is a silver lining to the fact that there seems to be more domestic violence stories nowadays. Now women feel confident enough to stand up for themselves and report mental and physical abuse. Before it was just swept under the carpet. It probably happened just as frequently but nobody wanted to make waves.
What's sad is when the women know they are in an abusive relationship and still can't manage to leave the guy. -------------------- Hmm. Wise beyond my years I am.
