1 - No racist posts at all. We are a multi-cultural and multi-lingual community, and we will not tolerate racism.

2 - No pornography in posts, sigs, or anywhere else. We have many different members of different ages, and we are not an adults only community.

3 - Do not flame (make fun of) anyone's work. Instead give good advice that will help them be better at designing, coding, or anything else.


4 - Respect all members and designers. Especially respect the staff. Disrespectful members will be suspended, like many have been in the past.

Significant Rules:
1 - If there is an issue with another member, please contact a forum moderator or administrator for help through a Private Message or an e-mail.

2 - Do not double post. Instead of posting twice in a row, just edit your last post and add in what you want. Your second post will be deleted.

3 - Swearing is allowed here at Halo Tape, but repeatingly swearing is not. Just use them moderately.

4 - Do not create topics that do not match the category or forum that it is in. Post requests in the request section, and introductions in the introduction forum, for example.

Advertising Rules and Restrictions:
Here at Halo Tape we like to be fair but we also need to have a business aspect to everything we do and allow.
Advertising is only allowed in your signatures. You can put in your signature, images, links, or whatever else that could be used to advertise your site, as long as it stays within the signature size limit.
Private Message (PM) advertising is strictly prohibited as well as posting topics with your website or posting in the shoutbox a link to your site. These terms also apply to anything that involves advertising outside of your signature.
The staff of Halo Tape holds the right to ban, warn, or suspend any member violating this terms, as well as remove any advertisements in signatures if we feel that they link to other communities/websites that are knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. We also hold the right to remove any advertisements that are harming our business and hits-per-day ratio.
