Well Well, It has been SO long

It's been SO long sense a post has been on these forums, that the original post's are gone completely. So let me just re-post the original post on here for you to read and it's replies.

I also want to state that the reason this site has been so slow is probably because for about 6 months I was completely computerless, and way too busy to take constant trips to grandma Evs house to update. i have a computer and internet now, so this should be back soon!

Well, I don't really know when the next big family event will happen. Probably the next big holiday. Haha.

But I do want to say that these forums are honestly a great addition to the family and people outside of the family. People inside the family for the following: Now you have a place to go to catch up on your own family. Some of us in the family feel that we don't spend enough time with our own family, and this forum offers us a place to communicate whenever, wherever. However you want to! You can now get to learn your own family members a little bit more, and be on top of the dates of family events.

Personally, I have already found that this set of forums will be a great addition (even though we still have yet to get the word out). From personal experience, I have not been the type to be very involved with my own family. I'm sure we all know this. I'm never at the christmas parties, family events, or something as simple as get togethers. Probably because I never know or am never invited for one... And the only family members I spend time with is Melony and Grandma Ev. This website will help me because now as I help grandma run it, I can get more involved in the family itself. And maybe people can get to learn the real Derek.

I hope to bring an already close family even closer together. To every family member that has internet access, I plan to finally do something useful with this over-rated thing they call internet.

yeah, I know... You probably heard that I'm Derek... the computer whiz. What you don't know is how much I actually hate computers. hehe. Yeah, I do know a lot about them. I know about 5 different computer languages that I learned on my own (never took a class in school for it or anything), I've ran about 3 successfull websites, I've helped program a popular program amongst teenagers, I've ran an successfull online virtual wrestling game for wrestling fans, I've even met most of the people I talk to in school online... and what does it all prove? That I have absolutely no life. A skill? Special Talent? No, I'm just a step ahead of where everyone will be in a few years.

People probably know that I'm a prankster/joker. But what they don't know is that I'm also into psychology. And now... you know. See, you know something new about a family member just by reading this post!

Now I hope to see everyone who comes here post.

Actually Derek has been to several Family Events Christmas and Thanksgiving Easter at uncle Tim and aunt Goria's home. And he has taken part in a few Fourth of July's with other family members. Also, he has been on a family re-union years ago in which we have him on Moving pictures or Videos. We also have been on occasions with Derek and his Mother. It has been awhile though. Mel and I were with them for a Football Party. I do however agree that we can do more as family than before. I believe this is correct. Derek is a fun fellow. Grandma Ev doesn't entertain as in the past. There have been several Family Dinners there. Ev forgot how to entertain and cook.

ok this thing makes know sence and i cant spell as u all know at any rate i have nothing of intrest to say but thought it would be nice to say somthing nun the less. and i supose to add that i to am intrestide in pchcology and if i come back to duluth wich i probably will hope to go to lsc and take a few courese on it along with message thearipy but i should probably start with the basics like spelling. but i dont thinck that will do any good. and i write to sugjest that maybee there should be a get togerther for pizza and a old time movie in the next week gotgo love

I am just finding out how this thing works. Hope you visit us again. We did not have a pizza party as I was busy with trying to see how Jimmy Rolin was. As to this date he is a little on the mend . Still in intensive care. Boy has he ever been going through a lot. Josh is now out of the apartment thanks to some dumb people who did not care to find out what was really going on . Josh is in some theraphy and has been falsley accused of some thing he didn't do. Although not an angel. They never should have made it so he had to go out on the streets at 17 years old. Because of Jim's illness Patty had no other choice, as it was impossible for her to find a place in the bind that Boman agency put her. well folks it must be hard for a mother to do that to protect the rest of the family from being homeless too. Jim a very sick man can't possibly be on the street when and if he get out of the hospital . I am so angry at Boman renting agency as you can tell . It will be a bad day in heck if I ever rent from them.

I am so happy to see you back Derek. I look in here once in a while. Sorry that I am so slow to learn the facts of my Web site. We had a nice Christmas party at your home . It was fun. Gloria and all were happy to see you and liked your gift a lot. I am having a good time reading about the birds in the book you sent to me . Have you ever received a comment from River Bird??? Me no. Thanks to Derek and Mother for a nice New Years Dinner. It was great. even if we did get going back home long after the storm set in. At least Becka got home o.k.

Mel got close to an accident coming home from katie's n.y. party at the motel. The storm was bad and slippery . Almost hitting a pole and getting stuck in a snow bank. It was very nerve racking for Melony on New Years. A situation that will not be forgotten too soon!

Grandma almost got her foot run over by a big tour bus the next Tuesday , going to the bread store. The bus did not wait until Grandma could get up a hard snow bank, Grandma had to lay down and roll over the bank to clear her foot. Another shakey situation that won't be forgotten quickly.

Please make comment if you do get into see this department.

I think the time is off on this events. It is now 6:47P.M. When I was here before, the time said A>M when it was P.M.

Hi just thought I would enter a reply in this well well column after years. I guess no one cares to take part in this family place on my site! Maybe no one knows how? I am quite disappointed in this. Oh well, maybe I will delete this part if at all possible. Derek never did get over to help me since he set the site up. I have been having wonderful luck and response on my journal part and sharing a few pictures. This is enough for me. I contact my family at Face book now. If anyone looks at this place , please please leave a reply??? !!!
