A good anime with a similar art style to Fooly Cooly. It's actually hard to explain the plot so go and watch the first episode for yourself. Sidenote there are mechs, crazy villains, gaint heads, gaint drills, and one of the main characters is a girl(proabably 17) who runs around in a binki and some weird shorts plus she is a master with this large sniper rifle she carries with her at all times.
