well until then i guess i will be prosecutor and judge. i will be fair.

ok, I was sitting down and setting fire to the trash can that me and my friends gather around for warmth that night. All of a sudden, on the corner of 5th and main, I c this midget. This midget turns out to be Eldon later on. Well, I thought u don't c many midgets so I decided to follow the guy. He walked down main street when the midget opened a door 2 a house and walked in. I walk up to that house and I knocked on thtat door, but no1 answered the door. So, I just turned the door handle, and it was open. I walked in. This house must have been desolated for a while because there were still calenders from 1984 on the wall. All of a sudden, i heard a large explosion, and the same midget in the defendant's chair today, came running down the staircase. He rushed past me and went out the door. As I walked upstairs, I saw blood on the stair case. As I got to thw 2nd floor landing, I saw a mangled body of an Afircan American male.
