University of Alaska Southeast (UAS) in Juneau offers a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology. A Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marine Biology is also offered. These programs share permanent faculty with specialties in marine ecology, behavioral ecology, marine mammalogy, marine pollution, crustacean physiology, marine phycology.

Students can also get a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Fisheries
