The rules for our board are simple and listed below.

• Please no flaming, verbal abuse or other conflict between players on our ooc boards, keep it professional guys, and keep your rivalries on the playing field. Feel free to pm your admin, or any member of the staff if you have any problems or issues you wish to discuss with us.
  
• While content of a sexual nature is allowed on this board please keep it within reason and post a warning in your topic description for any who do not wish encounter that content. Though this policy does not extend to graphics, (i.e. Signatures and Avatars) please refrain from any pornographic content in these, be courteous to your fellow players. Any pornographic content that is found in signatures etc will cause you to receive a warning, as will excessive and/or unreasonable sexual content in rpg. Or in other words don’t do it just because you can, it is allowed as part of a story, but not just for the sake of it.
  
• All mature warnings need to go in the TITLE of your post. This is so you can see from the main page, at a glance if a thread has mature content or not.
  The warning can also go in the description as long as it is still in the thread title.

As you have to click on the thread first to see the description it kind of defeats the purpose of the mature content warning.

God modding (ei. Controlling another players character without there permission, or making your character invincible, unable to be hurt killed or have any faults) will not be tolerated. Enough said.

Please try and use proper English, no chat or SMS ( e.g., u sed she 8 it 4 lnch 2moro) talk will be allowed, our purpose here is to tell a story, and it’s better for everyone if we can all understand it, not just those who are fluent in chat speak.

While we don't have an actual word limit or anything we would prefer to see posts of at least 2 to 3 paragraphs in length. Though this is a guide only, more is fantastic, less, will be acceptable unless playing a central character. If you don't think you can meet this guideline, please consider doing a joint post with another player in your thread.

As a part of our new Joint Post feature we are implementing a form system that should help with archiving as well as keeping track of who is posting in each Thread. The form is as follows

It would be required to be placed at the top of the first post in every thread.
As always replace the brackets with the actual info.

It'll look something like this.

Who: A JP between Daemon and Jaenelle
Timeline: Dhemlan Timeline (this would be a url if we had a timeline for dhemlan)
Summary: Daemon and Jaenelle discuss Lucivar's birthday

Then the post would begin here

Any JPs that take place within a single post later on in a Thread need only post the code below.(eg. the third post into the thread bob and john decide to JP, they would need to put this form at the top of their post)

please post a Leave of Absence if you plan to be away, so we can organise plots around your absence, and keep the game going, again this is just a courtesy to your fellow players. If you are inactive for more than a few week without a LOA you will be sent one Querie asking if you still plan to play with us, a second note will be sent before your account is deleted during one of our periodic clean outs.

We have a 1 warning policy, You will receive one warning, if you fail to follow the rules a second time you will be banned. In the case of banning, your character/s will be written out of the storyline.

If you have any Queries, Questions, or need clarification on any of these points please don't hesitate to contact a member of the staff or administration team.

When applying for a Territory Rulership please send your proposed plot outline to one of the administrators and bare in mind that there is a limit of 2 territory rulerships per player. If you apply for a third it will be automatically denied. If you are creating a character for a territory rulership, or are applying for a cannon that is listed as a territory ruler you must still have a basic plot outline. Please send it to the administration by a seperate pm. DO NOT POST IT IN YOUR BIO.

Please note, due to the nature of our petition system and to stop people creating throw away characters we have now capped the amount of characters allowed per player to a maximum of 16. this may change in the future.
