You will respect all members of the forum. If an argument is taking place out of the character, which means, an argument that is not taking place between role played characters, you must either resolve the argument as quickly as possible, take it off the board or to the in-board messenger.

Respect administrators and staff members, especially. If they ask you to do something different, please listen and obey, but if you truly think that something is wrong, contact another staff member immediately.

This is a role playing site. That means, stay in character while role playing, and don't suddenly change personalities without a proper reason. If you do not feel like role playing, you are welcome to browse the Out of Character boards.

No god-modding or power-playing. If you do not understand those two terms, then please ask an administrator as soon as possible.

Spelling and grammar are important! Make sure that your post makes sense. Also, role playing takes place in third character, not first nor second. Use he instead of I or you.
Wrong: *i walkd rond and becuz i waz bord i sat down*
Correct: He walked around, bored. With nothing more to do, he abruptly sat down.

Please do not spam! Even if it is in the Out of Character boards, or you are simply bored, do not spam. Unless you have a very good excuse, spamming will not be accepted.

This forum will no doubt be based on themes related to violence and sexual content. If you feel you cannot handle these, please do not join. However, members and staff are expected to mark posts with a warning, if there is a very high chance of either, or both, themes occurring in the thread.

If you are leaving or know you are going to leave, please post in the Leave of Absence topic so we'll know.

Keep in mind that the rules are only long and strict because rules can be all that keeps a role play from falling apart. Rules may be guidelines to keep a role play organized and from falling into chaos, but rules are rules, and members are expected to follow them.
