Again, all this guy has done is sit in the hangar and train skills. He also has about 18 mil ISK on him at the moment as well. He has never done a mission or so much as fired a missle.

I would say yes...but you have just a ton of random skills....nothing worth paying $200 for. I know for a fact I could sell it on the forums and get a good amount of ISK for it and I'd like to talk to you about that...but even making payments...he's not worth $200 bucks. :(

I wasn't asking for $200 ... I am open to offers. And the skills aren't "Random" at all! My goal when I was building him was to be an Electronic Warfare specialist or a Recon ship specialist (heck, he is ready to start learning Recon ships right now, I just didn't have the ISK to purchase the skill to start training). What skills are you considering "random" if I may ask?
