Title: When Darkness Falls
Description: Open to everyone!

Ariel - January 20, 2009 10:17 PM (GMT)
Ariel found it hard not to slip in the darkness. He could barely see anything in this area, so he quickened his step towards the lights ahead. He knew that he was somewhere near the pier, but this path was quite old and he wasn’t sure if it would lead him there.Still he wanted solitude and he was pretty sure that there was nobody around at this hour.It would be crazy for someone to sacrifice the comfort of sleep in his warm house, it would be a suicide to go out in this cold spring night.

Still he could see the lights ahead and that gave him at least a little bit of hope that he would not get lost. The little fireflies along the way added to the comfort and Ariel no longer felt the silent cold. The darkness soon ended and he found hmself next to the pier.He didn’t want to go there, after all the beach was a much better choice for Ariel. He didn’t liked the water so much and preferred to stand on the sands.Surprisingly they were not cold like the wind, so he seated himself on the sand and raised his head. The moonlight shined over his body and Ariel found this to be the perfect moment to gather his thoughts. So much had happened that he never really took a moment to reflect upon his memories.

He could remember what he said to Miss Erin:
“Life sometimes seems like a fight… a battle in between the left and right, the dark and bright, as life is not always light, I don’t need to fight”

Ariel did not regret that and continued to watch the silent moon. And then something strange happeneded. He no longer felt afraid of the dark.He could not understand the reason behind all of this , but nothing seemed like danger.Life was strangely getting easier for him, because he had left all of his worries. After all he was here not to live for himself, but for others.

He had promised on himself to guard all those who were near him.And that meant Miss Erin,Miss Delphina,Zeke and the others. He could not afford to loose them. What would become of him, if it weren’t for their guidance?

It was the quite part of a day’s twenty-four hours. The time when sane creatures, closed their eyes and slipped into unconsciousness as the lady moon when for her twilit daily dance across the Milky Way. It was a time when all that could be heard was an occasional rustle in the bushes, or the faraway echo of a dog barking at some nocturnal creature. But there were those who disturbed this, on this particular evening it was Autumn McCarthy who hadn’t been able to drift off to sleep in his comfy borrowed bed above the bathhouse. Instead he’d packed light, fishing rod strapped to his back a few lures in his grip. That was all he needed, then he proceeded to slip out of the bathhouse as quietly making sure not to disturb Delphina.

There was a chill that night, he felt it on the worn forest path but it intensified the closer he got to his destination. Not that he’d ever been there before but instead he followed his instinct, basing his direction on sights, smells, and pure faith. However all of these proved not to have forsaken him when the ground slipped away to sand. Before him lay an ocean or sea, whichever you preferred to call it, in a state so near glass it was almost eerie.

The moon was almost full, giving him plenty of light to stumble across the dunes; it was a good work out. He made a mental note to come back to the beach in more hospitable conditions perhaps to work out. He was searching for an area to make base and it appeared shortly there after in the form of a large boulder making a natural dock on the beach. Settling in he was surprised to find he wasn’t alone on this starlit night. He heard them first soggy footsteps in the distance, Autumn having just cast his line curiously cast his expression in another direction (that of the footsteps). The figure slowly came into view and it looked vaguely familiar. ”Ariel... Skin is that you?” Autumn hollered, ignoring the fact that this noise may have scared away a potential catch, he was surprised but none the less please to find himself a companion on this particular night.

Pacing around by the dunes impatienty, Vonte refused to accept the fact that he was lost. When he use to live in the valley, he knew his way around almost the whole village, but with time he had forgotten. Darnit, this isnt good... He thought to himself as he stopped in his tracks and placed his right index finger on his chin to think. A cool breeze swept by quickly causing his elvian ears to twitch. Should I go..right or left..hm.. I swear I'm going in circles. His thoughts took him nowhere,

In truth Vonte really didnt care to much. His train came at around 6:00pm alittle over an hour ago meaning that he would have to sleep outside. Oh well.
Shrugging briefly Vonte continued on forward into the darkness. Eventually he would get tired and go sleep somewhere. Tomorrow was a big day for him. At 7am he is to meet Zeke at the inn and head to 'Songs of Silence' to talk to Shin, the owner. afterwards he must pick up a train schedule and figure out which one to catch from there.

Not to far ahead, Vonte spotted two other figures, One of them was a guy, and the other was was a girl.. Maybe they were having a romantic stroll together or something. Surely it would be rude for him to interupt then so he decided to turn and walk the other way. Not watching were he was going, Vonte walked right into a tree, letting out a slight moan of pain. "Ouch!"

Ariel - January 22, 2009 07:43 AM (GMT)
Ariel lifted his head and looked at the stars. One of them shined so brightly at him and Ariel almost thought that it was calling him to ascend above.Of course he was not yet ready to leave this earth, so he pushed that idea away. However the sky seemed so near that Ariel could almost walk upon the sky. That brought a warm smile to himself, but then it vanished when he heard a sound. There were footsteps and then a shout of some kind.He could not recognize instantly the source of this sound, but then he turned his eyes to it.It was still a sillhouette, but Ariel could judge that it was Mister Autumn, the strange talking person he had met yesterday.

Ariel stood up and awaited for him to come closer.Mister Autumn would probably think that Ariel is some kind of a male nymph or something like that, since nobody walked around the cove at this hour. However he was not such a thing, nor he would ever become one.Ariel stood calmly and patiently, he had the whole night to himself and time seemed to slow down at this exact moment.

Ariel had cleared all worry out of his head at this hour. When the night came it took away all that he had and now he was bound to it's will. When Mister Autumn and Ariel's eyes met however, something happened.A second sound came from somewhere nearby. But it was different from the first one. While the first one was clearly a shout, the second one was a moan of some kind.
Was that some vile creature?Ariel felt a little scared, but still he turned to the direction of the sound and stared at the darkness.

Bamboo - January 22, 2009 02:38 PM (GMT)
Having abandoned his fishing rod, and lures a few feet away, Autumn swaggered over to where Ariel stood illuminated by the moonlight. He was a peculiar fellow, and Autumn wasn’t even that surprised to find him out at this hour. ”Hey Skin, how’s it hangin’? He inquired for a moment forgetting himself, or rather forgetting how everyone in this, Ariel wasn’t given time to respond let alone just what Autumn had been inquiring about. Hanging? He hadn’t been hanging anything… This was because a rather loud, and pained noise broke their concentration. ”What the….” Autumn trailed off, he exchanged confused if not alarmed looks with Ariel and trotted up the dunes.

What had sounded like a wounded animal happened to infact be a man. Though he looked rather young with his plum cheeks and fair curls, his pointed ears indicated that he wasn’t of simple human descent. Autumn had to chuckle however, clearly the boy didn’t know how to navigate in the night, thought it shouldn’t have been too hard on a night with such a glorious moon. ”My god you may be the clumsiest Elf I’ve ever met, boy.” Autumn was in a teasing mood though of course he wasn’t trying to make the fellow feel worse but rather to make light of the situation.

He offered the stranger a calloused hand, with the promise of a lift back onto his own too feet and back into his pride. Not knowing the man and feeling a bit curious Autumn asked what only seemed natural in such a situation. ”Now what’re you doing roaming about at night like this, do you have somewhere you’re trying to get?

Ariel - January 22, 2009 05:29 PM (GMT)
Ariel was just about to answer Mister Autumn's question, when he uncovered the source of the moan.Mister Autumn pointed at the ground and Ariel widened his eyes.It was another male creature, but he certainly had something non-human in him.And then he recognized the elven ears and the graceful body, which the stranger had.Being quite social Mister Autumn offered him a hand and helped him get up.That was certainly a friendly action towards others, unlike Ariel who stayed a little behind Mister Autumn.

However the sun was gone and the moon ruled over the land, so the three males must group themselves in a bond or else the darkness may eat them.Ariel moved slowly to the light and showed himself to the stranger. With a small nod, he indicated a greeting before looking at Mister Autumn. He still was waiting for a response, but Ariel had a question for him and that negated all manners. He had to ask him now
"He is not dangerous, right Mister Autumn? The creatures of the dark are nowhere near us, or so I hope."-he said and crossed his arms ,before focusing his eyes again onto the stranger.

Ariel didn't want to look like a cold judge, but he was a little surprised by the presence of someone non-human in the darkness. However Starshell Cove was probably one of the safest areas in Feather Valley, so there was probably no place for worry. However Ariel had to careful, he didn't want to fall into a trap and get captured or anything.

Still he probably sounded quite unfriendly, so he apologized to the elf, by looking at his eyes and speaking with a softer ,much more friendlier voice
"I'm sorry, magical creature.I didn't mean to offend you"

Vanilla Man - January 24, 2009 05:32 AM (GMT)
"Darn tree's.." Vonte thought to himself as he sat on the ground rubbing his head. Ofcourse hewas totally oblivious to the two strangers tha twere approaching him. Instead he sat there wondering how the heck did he walk head first into a huge oak tree. Maybe it was time to cut a fewdown.. Then again their werent many if not any too close to the dunes.. Well none that he noticed. Still, in his mind he was angery with every tree that breathed Carbon Dioxide.

”My god you may be the clumsiest Elf I’ve ever met, boy.”

"Huh?" His ears twitched as he turned in the direction of thedeep voice. Obviously it was a guy. "Ah...haha.." Man, talk about embarassing...Both of them had noticed. Ofcourse Vonte's little embarassed chuckle didnt help much.
The guy did however extend a handout to help him up so he must not of meant it in a funny way, so Vonte firmly gripped the guys hand and used his strength to help himself to his feet. "Thankyou, kind fellow.." He grinned playfully.

”Now what’re you doing roaming about at night like this, do you have somewhere you’re trying to get?

The question had caught him totally off guard. Taking a moment to himself, Vonte thought about it.... "Well actually I'm lost. But meh.. I really dont care.. So I figured why not wonder around until I fall asleep." His words were nonchalant, yet with a joke-like sense of humor. Surely they must think that he's a strange elf.

As Vonte got a closer look at the other human, he realized that he too was a guy.
Before Vonte could say hi, he spoke, He is not dangerous, right Mister Autumn? The creatures of the dark are nowhere near us, or so I hope."

"No no no.. I-I'm not dangerous! I'm an elf..B-but I'm no trouble.." He tried to assure him.

Bamboo - January 24, 2009 06:37 AM (GMT)
The elf chuckled rubbing his head, his ears twitching and spoke formally to them. ”thank you kind fellow” It seemed he had no direction but rather an idea, it made sense Autumn could relate to this feeling. How many nights had he aimlessly wandered when the inn provided him with little to no warmth, how many times had he lay to rest instead in a grassy field to wake up covered in dew, or reclining on a tree limb. To the elf’s surprise no doubt Autumn nodded expressing his understanding of the situation though Ariel’s reaction was entirely different. He is not dangerous, right Mister Autumn? The creatures of the dark are nowhere near us, or so I hope." A chuckle rumbling into a down right guffaw erupted from Autumn and he clapped a hand on Ariel’s Shoulder.

”Aye mate we’re safe, this one’s only dangerous to trees it seems.” He laughed at his own joke, eyes twinkling. He accent was very pronounced and the Elf could have easily figured out his nationality but Autumn didn’t mind he had a pride for his home, and the Emerald Isles. Now the elf was on his feet Autumn was surprised at how short he was, coming up to about Autumn’s nose, were all Elf’s so petite? He fought the urge to ruffle this particular elf’s hair.

”Name’s Autumn, Autumn McCarthy at your service and this here is Ariel Tidersson.” He offered his hand once more now though this time not in service but rather in welcome, then cocking an eyebrow and flashing a grin he added. ”You wouldn’t happen to have a name eh’ creature of darkness?”

Ariel - January 24, 2009 06:18 PM (GMT)
Ariel listened to the conversation. He was now sure that the unknown magical creature was not a threat, because of Mister Autumn's reaction. He was sure that he can judge situations like this accordingly and even though Ariel didn't knew him very-well, he decided to trust him.He nodded silently and took a few steps forwards, revealing himself to the elf. With a small smile he looked over him ,but remained silent.
However when Mister Autumn asked him that question, Ariel crossed his arms and said in a friendly voice
"I wanted to ask that" - he blinked a few times ,before focusing his eyes on Mister Autumn.

Ariel's teasing smile soon ended, as he knew that Mister Autumn would probably return the remark sooner or later. His attention fell onto the elf again.Ariel was curious that there were more of his kind here.He rarely had seen any elves in his life and in most cases they brought him luck and fortune. This was only a good sight and Ariel was going to make the most of that.He approached him even more and extended his hand in an offering of introduction
"I am Ariel"- he said in a rather informal voice and style, before he stepped back at Mister Autumn's side and awaited a response.

Vanilla Man - January 25, 2009 04:15 AM (GMT)
Vonte chuckled full heartedly at Autmn's comment about him being dangerous to trees. In all honesty, Vonte loves nature but right now.. at this second he hates tree's. Smiling to himself, It was obvious that Autumn had a positive impression on him. Shaking his hand with a strong grip he spoke clearly, keeping eye contact with him. "The names Vonte.. Vonte Undino. Nice to meet you mr. Mcarthy." Upon getting a better look at Autumn, Vonte realized that he was afew inches taller then him. With red auburn hair hanging to his neck and Azure colored eye's, he was a rather strong looking fellow. If Vonte was a monster then with no doubt this guy would be able to take him out quick. In the back of his mind, as he let go of the man's hand, he remembered how human guys use to pick of elves. Not a pretty sight. For a moment his eyes dropped to the ground in silence as he took a minute to remember. That was in the past.

Raising his eyes, he glanced over to Ariel, only looking into his for a second. The guy seemed abit shy.. Either that or he really didnt care to much for elves. When he introduced himself, it seemed like he really wasnt to interested in Vonte. He didnt really know what to make of the situation. He focused his intentions on Autumn instead. "Kinda too late to be looking for pretty girls.. dont you think?" He joked back, grinning from ear to ear.He glanced over to Ariel hoping for a response for him as well.

Ariel - January 25, 2009 09:08 AM (GMT)
Ariel noticed the glance and only returned a small smile. He didn't feel threatened by him anymore, so all of his adrenaline vanished He stood next to Mister Autumn and tried to think of a suitable question for someone like Mister Vonte. And then Mister Autumn again seemed to be thinking about females, was he some kind of an obsessed person?Ariel of course made another teasing remark
"Mister Autumn, I don't suppose that a female would be walking around here"-he said and looked at him
"Unless you would be talking of a nymph or a succubus"

However Ariel was not in a mood and didn't really wanted to meet any of those.Of course Mister Autumn was quite different and he had severely different wishes from Ariel.Of course he could not judge that he was a bad person, quite the opposite, Ariel admired Mister Autumn for his openness towards strangers ,like in this case Mister Vonte.

Ariel turned to the elf and decided to ask him some basic information.Of course he spoke in a polite tone
"Mister Vonte, your physical beauty is inherited, right?"

For an unknown reason Ariel was curious about that matter. But he could not deny that Mister Vonte had a distinctively perfect body

Bamboo - January 25, 2009 03:06 PM (GMT)
Vonte seemed of a good sort but Autumn had to raise his hands in mock self defense when he attacked. "Kinda too late to be looking for pretty girls… don’t you think?" He was about to retaliate when Ariel fired a second ‘round of accusation. "Mister Autumn, I don't suppose that a female would be walking around here, Unless you would be talking of a nymph or a succubus Autumn laughed crossing his arms across his chest and shaking his head. ”Oh you too caught me, I planned to fish me up some gurlies with my poll right here.” He said jabbing a thumb at his back where he’d reattached his fishing equipment.

Then rolling his eyes backward her smirked at the duo, ”Now don’t get me wrong a lovely bird is great, but not a single one has crossed my mind, or my path tonight.” Autumn was surprised that Vonte had called him out, he was flirtatious yes but surely that hadn’t spread about the village just yet Vonte was simply making conversation, Ariel’s reaction had been even more surprising, though he noticed his remark was teasing and not dead on serious. Which was good and meant that Ariel was loosening up a bit, he almost seemed on of the guys for a moment until Ariel decided to satisfy his innate curiosity.

"Mister Vonte, your physical beauty is inherited, right?" It wasn’t really ‘what’ Ariel asked but rather the awkward over polite manner at which he said it. To Autumn who used slang, more often then even proper what most people considered ‘normal’ English this in particular he found a bit offputting. Not that he liked Ariel any less, it was part of his nature and made his character more interesting, infact in this situation Autumn just shoved his hands in his pockets and tried to maintain a serious face waiting for Vonte’s response.

Vanilla Man - January 27, 2009 11:29 PM (GMT)
"Mister Autumn, I don't suppose that a female would be walking around here, Unless you would be talking of a nymph or a succubus" Vonte glanced over to Ariel silently. It took a moment for his comment to register in his mind. Oh I get it! Vonte chuckled to himself. He was being sarcastic. The chances of finding a nymph or a succubs are slim to none..right? Vonte sure had hoped so for his sake. "Good one.." He said to Ariel in a silent whisper. His impression of Ariel wasnt so bad now that he came around abit.

”Oh you too caught me, I planned to fish me up some gurlies with my poll right here.” He pointed to the fishing gear on his back. To Vonte, Autumn seems like a 'big brother' kinda person. Someone who you can joke around with and count on when times get rough. Although he had only known the guy for about 10 minutes, this is the kind of vibe he picked up. Vonte smiled to himself when Autumn made his second comment. He did come across one girl in particular whom he favored. Miss Delphina.

Mister Vonte, your physical beauty is inherited, right?
Asked Ariel in a non offensive way. He could tell that he was simply curious..But his choice of words confused Vonte alittle bit. "Uhhh.." Vonte thought about it for a minute. "I reckon so..I've been an elf all my life. Same with my parents." Vonte added to his comment with a goofy cat like grin. What an airhead.

Ariel - January 28, 2009 08:17 AM (GMT)
Ariel nodded to Mister Vonte's response. It was as he had suspected, his appearance was hereditary.Ariel smiled at that thought and then looked at Vonte. He still looked a little confused by this encounter, but Ariel could not escape now.It would be simply too rude.He had to stay with Mister Autumn and Mister Vonte, since destiny worked here.
Ariel of course was here for a really different reason, but still he had to share the world with other people, who all had their mission on earth. However it was a law not to work alone in this cosmos. So Ariel needed to have friends or otherwise he would not be able to preserve his life.

However Ariel was not in a search of elves, but of a seraph or a Nephilim.
After all Feather Valley was a magical land, it would probably not be hard to find someone, who had a divine origin.Ariel was a descendant of another line of creatures, but he has long forgotten his past and present.

"Where should we go now, Mister Autumn and Mister Vonte?Surely we can't stay here, the night would eat us"-finally said Ariel

Bamboo - January 31, 2009 04:05 PM (GMT)

Once Ariel had come to grips with whatever he was trying to decide for himself, rather that Vonte was indeed an Elf. Ariel had turned his attention back to the current situation at hand. Where should we go now, Mister Autumn and Mister Vonte? Surely we can't stay here, the night would eat us He Moaned, Autumn lifted a brow and crossed his arms sidelong, the night was about as dangerous as a toothless old man, given back in the olden days it was indeed something which was to be reckoned with. The Night allowed creatures of questionable origin to roam about freely and prey on the weak. But they were not weak three strong young men, on a comfortable beach.

”Eh. You can head back if you want I think I’m goin’ stay out here a bit enjoy my drink.” To this he flashed a grin and waved a flask in front of them it was silver but the sound of liquid in it’s casings held promise that it’s contents were nearly to the brim.”An’ maybe catch myself a fish or two…” His hands deftly relived the flask of it’s cap stowing that in his pocket before taking a hardy shot of the concoction

He exhaled enjoying it’s sharp yet bitter aftertaste, ”You’re welcome to join me of course, but I don’t want to be keepin’ you if you’ve got somewhere to go or if it’s past yur bedtime.” To this he jabbed his elbow in Ariel’s direction implying that this particular comment was aimed at him and his irrational fear of the night.

Ariel - February 1, 2009 08:36 PM (GMT)
Ariel noticed the hint and of course that really provoked his attention. He was in a grand dilemma, should he stay or should he leave? From the smarter point of view, he considered it safe to remain here with these two.He was sure that no one would harm him, if there were witnesses.Of course it would useless just to think ,he needed to say it aloud. And so he did

"Of course, I would stay with you"
- said Ariel in a pretty confident way and looked at Autumn with a brighter look.

"I would prefer to remain with Mister Autumn and Mister Vonte, than to roam aimlessly in the night"

The dark night however seemed to be calmer than yesterday, so Ariel would probably enjoy his time.Furthermore it would probably be a good experience. He could already tell that this little meeting would be quite beneficial in the future, because Mister Autumn and Mister Vonte were quite extraordinary people and being in their company could bring only good things. However Ariel didn't want to be only a silent spectator, he wanted to show that he was capable of actually doing something. So he turned once again to Mister Autumn,
"Okay then,Mister Autumn lead the way to the 'fishes' "- said Ariel and stuck his tongue out.

He was sure that by asking for it, Mister Autumn would probably understand that Ariel was not going to cover his nature once again.Truly he wanted to be friends with him.

But of course he could not ignore the other person. That would be just too rude

"Mister Vonte, can we have the honor of your company?"

Vanilla Man - February 4, 2009 04:44 AM (GMT)
Man I really need a bath.. Vonte thought to himself as he scratched the back of his curly covered head and yawned widely. He had alittle itch right at the center of his back, but was too lazy to reach for it. As Ariel and Autumn held a small conversation, Vonte rubbed his back against the tree, Ahh.. that felt good. Being that it was no girls around Vonte was not so concious about his actions. The satifaction of hitting the right spot is a good feeling indeed. His pointed ears twitched and his smile was priceless..but all of that changed when he heard his name.

"Huh?" His expression was blank and innocent. "Oh, oh Sure! " He smiled defaultly looking like alittle confused kid. Walking back over to the two, Vonte figured that it would be fun to hang out with the two of them for awhile. Maybe he can finally learn how to fish.. "I'z got some candy bars if yawl want sume." His country accent was animation and stupid.

Bamboo - February 5, 2009 12:47 AM (GMT)
Autumn lead the way back down to his perch on the glacial granite outcropping which had been implanted in the golden sands since before any villager could recall. "Okay then, Mister Autumn lead the way to the 'fishes'” Ariel requested in that now all too familiar all too formal tone of his. Autumn just smirked his hands permanently pressed into his jean pockets walking a few steps ahead of them, he sauntered along like the king of the beach his hair providing an ember of a beacon for them too follow. They were about halfway to his original fishing spot when the elf-boy-man AKA: Vonte chimed in. "I'z got some candy bars if yawl want sume.".

Autumn glanced over his shoulder and chuckled at Vonte’s animated over played accent. ”Na’ we’ve got something better than that mate.” he tossed the whiskey flask in Vonte’s direction, under his arm in what looked like a smooth maneuver. Autumn could be smooth when he wanted too the problem was sometimes he’d slip up trying something a little too daring… then… well then he’d wind up on his arse.

”take three swigs of that and you won’t be going back to any ol’ sweetmeats.” Autumn chuckled darkly they’d come to the fishing spot and Autumn took up the pole handing it off to Ariel. ”’ere mate give it a try eh?” Then he sat down in the sand still warmed from the daylight, hands folded behind his head. Now this was the life, drinking and fishing with a couple of mates by moonlight. Living with Delphina he’d almost forgotten how much he enjoyed male company, quite a sad thing really.

Ariel - February 5, 2009 03:59 PM (GMT)
Ariel took the fishing pole from Autumn and focused on the task at hand.He had never done this before and it seemed really hard to actually get something out of this. However he didn't want to fail Mister Autumn, he was just too valuable to loose. He tried to concentrate his focus on the water, but it seemed so calm that Ariel thought that there were no fish here at all. After a few minutes of waiting ,he lost his temper and returned the fishing pole to Autumn ,without saying anything.

He just wasn't good at this stuff and he didn't want to look like a worthless person. When a person could not do something, then it would be foolish to even attempt it, that was the way Ariel thought and he believed that such skills like fishing could not be mastered by him.So it wasn't worth the time.

He just smiled at the two and explained to them the situation
"I'm not good at this"

Vanilla Man - February 6, 2009 03:17 AM (GMT)
Vonte held the flask in both hands looking at it curiously. He had never seen one of those before.. Is this really better then a candy bar..? He asked himself before realizing that you have to drink from it.

”take three swigs of that and you won’t be going back to any ol’ sweetmeats.”

Vonte chuckled at Autumn's comment as he opened the flask and took a wiff. His ears flew back as he backed his nose away from it. Yup.. It's whisky, the same kind that his father use to drink. Growing up his father never tought him anything or payed much attention to him, but Vonte did note how much he use to drink whisky. On such nights his dad would leave, then come back really late.
Curious as always, Vonte wanted to try some one day when he was older. Tonight he finally got his chance. Confidently he took a small swig of the whisky before handing it back to Autumn. It's strong taste was hard to grasp, but Vonte managed to swallow it. "Phew!" He smiled stupidly.

Bamboo - February 6, 2009 06:23 AM (GMT)
Autumn had been reclining peacefully enjoying the night air when a sound of surrender and frustration came from Ariel’s general direction "I'm not good at this" Autumn rolled his eyes and took the rod into his hand casting it with ease out into the depths of the cove. ”You just need to give it time skin.” Just about this time Vonte took a sip (well it could only be considered a sip considering Autumn’s proceeding actions.) ”Phew” Vonte exclaimed grinning soon after, Autumn took the flask from him taking a hearty largely more impressive swig himself. ”Ah’ nothin’ quite like it eh Vontey?” he teased and pressed the flask into Ariel’s calloused hands.

”Don’t worry skin it only bites for a second. Autumn lifted the rod a little bit testing the water, he then looked to Vonte. These guys seemed alright by Autumn’s standards, it was good to have a group of guys. Autumn had always had a group a guys to pal around with back home. It’d been awhile since he had a crew, and this one felt just about right. ”You want a go Vontey? He inquired offering the elf the fishing pole for his enjoyment.

Ariel - February 10, 2009 04:40 AM (GMT)
Ariel watched as Mister Vonte drank from the flask, but he didn't seem to like the contents of it.Ariel could smell the stench of alcohol when Mister Autumn handed it to him, so he held the item a few inches away from him.Ariel despised alcohol and really didn't like standing next to it and holding it was even worse. However he didn't really mind right now, since he wanted to enjoy the time with the two. There was a lot of things that they could do, but fishing seemed interesting for them and Ariel calmly watched them.

Certainly he had never encountered such a strange group as themselves. Now if someone came to them, what would they say?A bunch of foreigners with a flash of alcohol on a dark night. It seemed really strange and unusual and Ariel was certain that people would have a weird opinion of him. But he didn't want want to worry about anything. It was a calm night and he wanted to enjoy it

"I have never been out so late, but I quite like it" -he said to the two with a bright smile
