Final Hope, yea

Im making a game called Final Hope, im using Rpg Maker 2003, ive been working on the game for several years, ive restarted a few times, and stopped making it for several months, but if i ever do finish it, it will be great.

I wish I had the drive to do it. I bought the original RPG Maker here last year sometime and tinkered with it for a few weeks, didn't much progress any further than getting annoyed with their mini-RPG they included with the Maker itself. T'was quite enjoyable for awhile, but not long enough, hah.

Hmm, well i didnt by mine, as far as i know the original is in jap and well i dont know jap, but its tough, ill start making it and come across something tough and then i just stop for a while, this time i need to create a whole new story line and i just dont know what to do it on, I have 7 main characters, each with different strengths and weaknesses, but i think i know how im going to make them meet up, but im not sure what the reason for their meeting should be.

Haha, well I can assure you that I own the original, and I can't speak but 5 or 6 words in japanese. It is the NTSC version, and it's very dated, as you would be able to tell being it was made so long ago. Well at least what seems a long time ago now. It comes with one disc, and two instruction booklets. It's cover looks like a DM looking over his booklets with a bunch of monsters watching over him, kinda weird, but ok for back then I guess. Set me back $25.

i dont wnat to actually make my own rpg so i joined this open alpha project called Minions of Mirth where you can develop the game along side the actual developers. It's pretty neat im working on a huge city right now. You can create zones, monsters, weapons, armor, buildings, etc.

$25 bucks, i think ill just stick to the free, i dont even have a job. alittle about my game, dont i hope none of u try to steal my names, bc they are good, they are from the bible, and there are 7 of them, the number 7 plays an important role in the bible, but i dunno if im going to integrate that in.

Well i got rpg maker 2000, 2003, and xp all for free, from different sites, the only one that is suppose to be sold is the japanese one as far as i know, but it is illegal to sell your game unless you use the jap one.

Ive decided im going to try to make my game using rpg maker xp instead of 2003, the only downfall is that, bc the graphics are better im going to have to choose from the default sets of characters.
