Current available information on Darkhawk

If trusted by the District Attorney, and the Military Police, idealistic lawyers will reveal that they've been getting all kinds of information from a strange, flying man in a suit of black armor. This man seems to have access to personal files, bank records, and even classified documents. He speaks through a Synthesizer, but only provides information and points the lawyers and detectives down the right path to find corruption.

Darkhawk has been all over the city, but so far has kept a low profile. The best place to get general intelligence is in Queens. Those trusted on the streets will state that Darkhawk is a robotic hero that has been operating for a few months. He has requested favors from those he has rescued, usually for information or to aid a recent victim. People who have seen Darkhawk's face, however, will describe him as a Demon, a creature that has committed countless atrocities. He haunts their dreams, and the image of his face is pressed into their memory, though strangely none can describe it.
