Version 3.1.43 - 8/20/09

* - Corrected an issue with transformation stat distribution so that gains can not exceed a limit

* - Lowered the powerlevel of monsters level 100 and below by 10%

Version 3.1.41 - 8/16/09

* - Ki Regeneration now occurs every 3 seconds (was 5 seconds)
