You mean your user name? Well, you just have to request a name change by one of the admins.

If you're trying to change your member title. My Controls > Edit My Profile.

If the custom member title doesn't appear. It's most likely, you haven't posted enough for access to change it.

If you're referring to your user name. As Dark already explained. You must contact a staff member.
