Example:
Last, First

Full Name - First and Last Name
Age - 14-20
Sex - Male or Female
Class - Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior. There will be certain advantages for each class, such as events and etc.
Alliance - Pick from either one, two, or three, each one has there own pros and cons: Jocks, nerds, loners, goths, punkers, cheerleaders, preps, asians, bullies, etc.

Appearance - Atleast two decent paragraphs about how your character looks. Feel free to add a picture of your character, though you will still need to do atleast two paragraphs.

Personality - Atleast two decent paragraphs about your characters personality.

Part-time Job - You can get one later by applying around the place, such as a police officer or cashier at a fast-food joint, another way to make money.

Personal Belongings - Items you always carry around and are important to you in a personal way. You will always have to carry around your student ID.

History - Two paragraphs minimum on your characters history.

Likes - A list of things you like, such as hobbies and things.
Dislikes - A list of thing you dislike such as certain types of people or bugs.

Split 20 points into the 5 attributes which are used for physical things.
Example:
Defense - IIIII [5] Damage you can take in a fight
Offense - II [2] How much damage you can inflict and weigths you can lift
Speed - II [2] How fast you are such as running and stamina regaining
Style - III [3] How much style you got in clothes, breakdancing, etc.
Popularity - IIIIIIII [8] How popular you are around students and etc. Popularity goes up 1 mark for everyone person you meet.

Once you start to meet people you can edit these to fit them into categories
Personal
Enemies - Dreadful people you can't stand
Rivals - People who you will always challange and can't stand to loosing to
Acquintances - People you've just met somewhere, but the only thing you probably know is their name
Friends - Acquintances you've gotten closer to
Good Friends - Friends you can goto for help and having fun with
Crushes - There is a thing as love at first site or you can progress with a good friend even farther
Girlfriends/Boyfriends - Someone who you can share your love with

Everyone will start with a car, you can only pick one from the following cars.
Car - Nissan 180SX, Mazda RX-7 SA22C, or Honda Civic Type- R
