Here is the 10th POTW, Delibird (February 27, 2005 - March 5, 2005):

Defense: 45, Speed: 75 PokéDex Ruby / Sapphire: DELIBIRD carries its food bundled up in its tail. There once was a famous explorer who managed to reach the peak of Mt. Everest thanks to one of these POKéMON sharing its food. No complaining on the moveset this time, since I don't know anything about Delibird o_O.

Well, i dont really know how to coment on Delibird cause iv never used as its stats r so poor. I dont really know y someone would choose to use it but i guess the moveset u chose is reasonable except i wouldnt put present. Only 1 reason is its randomness, it could put u at a disadvantage by healing ur opponents pokemon.
