well, when i have previewed it on my host- the frames are anywhere and they all say page cannot be displayed,

Check to see if the pages that are meant to be displayed within the frames are uploaded. Also check to see if the url's on your frames page are correct.

also-your positioning might look off if you don't have the same values for the width and height in both instances of the code (ya know how it says width and height twice
 ) i've made that mistake before --------------------  |

Same, Alisa. I remember when I tried to first make iframes, I was clueless, and I didn't even know how to position them. And, that was only in August. I've come so far.
