Humanity thinks on such small scales. There is no other balance then that of their own personal existence. Closed off from the grander picture. The lines have been silently drawn in the sand. There are those who hold their heads up high, chose one side or another. All of it based on a preconceived notion of right and wrong, of Good and Evil. God almighty suddenly absent. The voice gone but to some the word was all that mattered.

The cold war is coming to the end and not the one you immediately think of. Heaven and Hell have been at a standstill since the great war. Each side yielding only if it meant that one will eventually find the weapon of choice.

Anael stationed for two thousand years at her post, along with those at her command. So long she yearned for home yet yearned to be more. To think to feel as she watched over her father’s creations. One of her brothers lay with a woman. Falling as he seeded her, his grace spent inside a mortal woman and gave birth to a new angel. Anael was told to carry out his death along with the woman and her spawn. Anael refused, disobeying her orders and causing her own fall. As she fell she laid protection on them, keeping them hidden from the others.

Anna was born to a lovely family. Their little miracle. Grew up in a home of love and happiness till she began to hear them. In her head the angels began to speak. Locked away in a facility till the demons discovered her abilities to over hear the angels. Anna escaped and met up with Sam and Dean Winchester. With their and Ruby’s help she was hidden and kept safe. Uriel and Castiel found her and demanded her handed over to die.

With heaven and hell at their feet the Winchester’s knew there was more to this Anna than met the eye. After the encounter with the angels they enlisted the help of an old friend, a psychic named Pamela Barnes. Under hypnosis Anna recalls herself, recalls that she is truly Anael and her Fall from Grace. Now to stop everything from happening Anael has no choice but to regain her grace.

Through a coo Dean, Sam and Ruby create a confrontation between the Angles and Demons after Anael. Anael steals her grace back and disappears. Castiel and Uriel are the only one left standing there when she does. Little do the Winchester know what has transpired.

Two sides would be simple, polar opposites. This war has many sides and each have their own agendas and the human race is the deciding factor. Those that control the battlefield of earth are the ones that will either reign in hell or serve in heaven. Somehow to some humans neither choice is too appealing.
