THIS BOARD IS A SUPERNATURAL/PROPHECY CROSS-OVER. THIS SETTING TAKES PLACE MID SEASON FOUR IN SUPERNATURAL AND THE SECOND PROPHECY MOVIE.
Where you end up when you die is your choice. Everyone in this world has the ability to make their lives what they want it to be, to strive to be the very best they can or to simply let everything fall from beneath them. Whether people choose to take control however is another question altogether.
There are those of us who will grasp onto a hand if it is held out to us, but there are also those of us who will turn our heads simply because we don't believe that we deserve the help we're being offered, and then again there are those of us who simply don't want help.
Whatever path you choose, whatever choices you make, in the end it all matters because a judgment day will come and only then will you truly realize just how much it all mattered. Making the right choices, helping people, helping yourself. Or just doing everything you can to survive, to save yourself. Every single thing you do will have an effect on how everything ends.

Chaos. The voices were almost screaming in her head. Such confusion. Amelia covered her ears and was screaming over them. "SHUT UP! GOD PLEASE! SHUT UP. Shut up… shut …up…” Everyone around the busy streets of Broadway and 26th were all keeping distance to the raving girl screaming at no one. She was but they couldn’t hear them, not like she could and God she begged to make them stop. For a brief moment there was silence and Amelia dared take her hands away from ears. She turned at the sound of her name from a somewhat familiar voice. Amelia… do not be afraid. I’m the Angel Castiel. Stumbling back Amelia shaking her head. “Castiel… no…NO”
Things at that point happened so fast. She saw the one that claimed to be Castiel try and reach for her. She could see the shadow of wings behind him but it was too late. Her body had been in motion; fear gripped her at the unveiling of this Angel, one of the voices she heard. Stumbling blindly out in the the middle of Broadway. There was the smell of burning rubber, the sounds of screeching tires before the pain flashed and then nothing.
Silence. Somehow it seemed so disturbing to Amelia. She tried to move and felt things restricting her movements. She let her eyes focus, her head tilt to one side then the other trying to figure out where she was. The last she remembered was the street… remembered Castiel… The room came into view. The hum of the monitors made her realize she was in a hospital bed; the constricting things were tubes and wires attached all over the place.
One moment the room was empty the next there was a man at her bedside. She felt him, his presence; it felt like the one that called himself Castiel, but something felt… well wrong. I am the Angel Zachariah. It is time for you to wake up Amelia. You are needed. The time has come and finally we will win this war. Come with me. The Angel held out his hand to her and she looked at it. “Where is Castiel…?” She wasn’t sure why she asked but she couldn't shake the wrong feeling she was getting from this …Angel. The sudden look in his face let her know she was right. Then the faintest of whispers told her to get away. To run.
Again she stumbled out of the bed. The monitors going wild as she tore things out of her flesh. She screamed in pain then felt the Angel touch her and something snapped inside of her. There was a washing feeling of warmth and such bright light then nothing.
That all seemed like years ago but it was only days. Somehow when Amelia regained “control” she was in her car on the interstate. She was completely washed and changed. She pulled over and took a few breaths. In the back was anything of importance to her in life and besides her was a notebook that had something written on it. It was her handwriting but she knew she didn’t write it. He is rising. Hurry. Find the Winchesters, Anael and Castiel if they haven’t perished. St. Mary’s Closing her eyes again she then was hit with flashes of an abandoned church. Two women and a man. The man did something and the other woman died in a weird flash of light, Another man came in but it was too late. She felt that. The blood ran and the earth opened.
Amelia looked at eh note once the flash passed and pulled out on to the road but she saw a Black Impala pass her going the other way. She felt compelled to follow. She spun the car around and did just that. She watched as the men from her vision got out and got a motel room. Waiting till they were out of sight she got out and rented the room next to them. Sitting in the room she fell back on the bed and simply began to cry not having a friggin' clue what was happening.

Dean drove like a madman.. he didn;t stop well ok once for gas... they made it into another state within five hours and it took another five to get to the motel they now were stopped at. The ride had been fairly quiet..Dean not having much to say.. besides he had Sam back and he knew it was Sam.. his baby brother the one he fought for.. they had each other still and Dean was gonna do everything he could to make sure nothing came between them again.
Dean flopped down on one of the beds he ran his hands over his face and then looked over to Sam on the other bed. Dean let out a long sigh. "Before you start Sam.. we were both played.. they played us against each other.. the only Angel that even tried to help besides maybe Anna... was Cas.. And right now I'm not even sure Cas is still alive after he helped me to get to you at that church." Dean was trying hard to not say i told you so to Sam about ruby.. .it was something that shouldn't have to be said considering. Besides didn't matter the bitch was dead now.. hopefully truly for good.. if her nice knife really works.
Dean had had Sam call Bobby as he drove.. so at least Bobby knew they were alive and together.. and somewhat back to normal. Neither had really apologized though Dean had in his voicemail to Sam but he wasn't sure that Sam had gotten it. Dean sighed again and then laid back on the bed. "This is not going to be easy... both sides will be after us.. not sure what all we can do to stop Lucifer but we have to try.. and in the end if we go down.. least we can go down swinging."

The drive had been silent. Neither of them had much to say, Sam could very well admit that he was pretty much in shock. No talking was okay. He needed time to think. There was too much on his mind. Setting Lucifer free for one thing. How much guilt could one guy really shoulder? Thousands, maybe the entire world, was going to be destroyed because of him. Because of the decisions he'd made, the apocalypse was coming to a rather explosive end.
They'd passed Ruby's car a second after pulling out of the church and part of Sam wished he could go back just so he could destroy it. All the time he'd spent in that thing, lying, deceiving, sneaking around... Killing an innocent woman. Yeah, Sam wished he could set fire to it, watch it burn.
That brought up the next question. What had happened in the church? Sam knew he felt a surge of power and he felt different, dark, if only for a second. Was he changed? Had Ruby been right or had she been lying about that, as well? Sam felt the same as he had before, but could he really trust that?
All these things he wondered about until finally they were pulling into a motel. They didn't grab anything both just trudged up to the main office, grabbed a couple of keys and went straight to the room. Claiming one of the beds, Sam sat down silently, waiting for his brother to say something. He wasn't sure how long the peace would last. He took out the gun that he'd hidden in his jeans out of habit, he knew he wouldn't need it against Lilith but the words 'never go in unprotected,' swam in his head anyways. He let his fingers trace lines over the cool, metal surface of it before he heard Dean start to speak.
"Before you start Sam.. we were both played.. they played us against each other.. the only Angel that even tried to help besides maybe Anna... was Cas.. And right now I'm not even sure Cas is still alive after he helped me to get to you at that church."
Frowning, Sam looked up at Dean for a second before looking away. Okay, Castiel had helped Dean get to him? But why? And the other angels? They'd been playing them? Sam was confused, there were a lot of unanswered questions but he let Dean finish.
"This is not going to be easy... both sides will be after us.. not sure what all we can do to stop Lucifer but we have to try.. and in the end if we go down.. least we can go down swinging."
Watching his brother lay back on the bed, Sam's frown deepened.
"I don't understand you, Dean," Sam said suddenly, the first words he'd spoken since they'd gotten out of the church. The weren't angry, they were honestly confused. "Everything you said in that message, you what, take it back? You're not gonna do it anymore, is that it? Because here-" Sam showed Dean the gun he still had in his hands, "I'll make it easy on you. I deserve it, I do."

“Get a grip…” Amelia muttered to herself as she cried. She was stronger than this, yes even this. Nothing about this was normal. Voices… Premonitions… Angels… none of this was small stuff problems but still Amelia felt she needed to grab control of her self before it was too late and she was too far gone off the sanity radar. “Yea…. Cause any of this is sane to begin with…” Taking big breaths she forced the tears back and stiffened her resolve. Wiping away the remnants of the tears, fixing herself as she rose from the bed.
The walls of the place were pretty thick but she put her head to the wall of the room next to hers. She could hear something, most likely the two men she saw but couldn’t make out a word of any of it. “That’s great.” Amelia said annoyed. “Can hear voices in my head, Angel… can’t her voices through sheetrock. That’s just screwed up.” Moving away from the wall Amelia paced the room. She ran a million scenarios in her head how she could go next door and knock telling these complete strangers how she heard angels and they single handedly cause the apocalypse. Yea that would go over fabulous!
Amelia stopped before the mirror and looked at herself. Simply glared at the reflection on the other side. “Why…? Who… what am I? What was that other Angel talking about…?” Running her hands over her face she heard her stomach rumble. Looking at the clock that flashed 3:43 am, she knew the only thing she could do was hope this hole had vending machines. Rummaging through her stuff she found some quarters and headed out the door to seek substance. Luckily there was a soda machine and another that held candy bars. Slipping her money in she hit the tiny buttons and got a coke and a few snickers. She popped the can open and sucked half it down then chew the candy bar staring off wondering what the next move was.

Dean blinked and sat up at Sam's words. He looked seriously at his brother and his head tilted to one side. Dean was confused....he couldn't comprehend what Sam was talking about. his message to him had been apologetic. Sure he was still at the time of the message pissed but they were brothers and Dean wasn't gonna fight well ok maybe the beat down but there was no way in Hell he was going to kill Sam.. He was not Dad and he wasn't about to let Sam simply think he was still.
Dean sat up and then stood and grabbed the gun from Sam's hand and tossed it on the bed. "I'm not going to kill you Sammy.. Never was going to. Sure I'm pissed you walked out that door and I do owe you a serious smackdown. But, I shouldn’t have said what I said. I’m not Dad. We’re brothers, you know, and family. No matter how bad it gets, that doesn’t change. Sammy, I’m sorry.. I truly am Sammy." Dean looked Sam dead in the eye as he said the last lines. Dean couldn't be more sorry. No matter what they had to remain together.. they needed each other.. now more then ever with Lucifer free.
Dean stepped back from Sam and turned to look out the window. He focused on the hood of the Impala for a good ten minutes before turning back to Sam. "Look we need a game plan and we need one quick.. Lucifer is free and now we got the Apocalypse to deal with.. we can't afford to be at each others throats and I'm sure as Hell not gonna be like Dad anymore. We are in this together till the End Sammy that is one thing that isn't going to change." Dean paused and ran a hand through his hair. "Before I stepped in and we killed her did Ruby have any insight at all on Lucifer?"

When Dean took the gun out of his hands, part of Sam honestly thought that it was going to end badly. Of course, there was another pat of him that sort of knew that Dean wouldn't kill him. So when Dean took the gun out of his hands, only to throw it down, Sam was only a little bit surprised.
I truly am Sammy."
Sam caught his brother's eyes and saw the sincerity in them. Swallowing and then taking a breath, Sam nodded. "Me too, Dean. I'm sorry, for everything. I screwed up so much..." Sam trailed off, knowing he had so much to apologize for this last year. He'd just lied and lied, and done so much... evil, and he just hoped that he could find some sort of redemption. If not in the eyes of God, then maybe in the eyes of the only family he had left.
Giving another tight nod as Dean then proceeded with his next couple of statements, Sam couldn't help but feel that tightening feeling he'd had in his chest this entire last year loosen a little bit. The feeling that he'd lost something irreplaceable was now slowly but surely slipping away. When he said that they were in this together, Sam felt a small smile pulling at his lips.
"Sounds like a plan," he said firmly.
"Before I stepped in and we killed her did Ruby have any insight at all on Lucifer?"
Even the name brought that sick feeling of pure unadulterated rage and hate back to him. After everything she'd gotten him to do.... the way she'd gotten him to trust her, the things he'd done with her. He wished she wouldn't have gotten off so easy. Death wasn't enough.
"No," Sam replied after his brief hesitation. "She was too busy gloating over how... Awesome she was." Sam looked to the floor, remembering her exact words, everything she'd said to him before Dean had burst in and stabbed her. He shook off that feeling and tried to get his head where it needed to be. He took another deep breath before looking back up to Dean. "As of right now, nobody knows what to expect, not the demons, nobody... We have to be ready for anything."

Candy bar gone, soda finished, Amelia still stood next to the vending machine almost terrified to move. A small part of her was still in denial over all that was happening. Screaming to wake up for whatever horrible nightmare that they were having. The better part of Amelia knew it wasn’t a dream but would have loved to have been wrong. Heck she settle for her being in a coma, hit by a car cause she was crazy to this reality. Angel. Demons, I mean God! The Apocalypse and somehow she has something to do with it. How all her life she had been shunned, ignored and alone. Now she was part of saving the world from destruction?
Finally Amelia tossed the garbage in the pail and stepped out into the night. The air was brisk but nice. Suddenly she heard the whispers on the wind. They were talking again. The voices were hurried and hushed. Amelia could feel the discussion in the ones that were talking. One thing was heard loud. Lucifer is out…. The words made Amelia shiver. The devil himself, the morning star, the evil was loose and the line of good and evil were not defined as they were supposed to.
When the voices hushed did Amelia begin to head back to the rooms. She made her way to her door then looked at the door next to hers. She walked up to it and took a deep breath trying to figure out what she would say but didn’t get the chance. Hands grabbed her in such a strong hold. She tried to fight, to scream but they had her good, Hand over her mouth. The hand was pressed over her nose to. They were cutting off her air. She saw enough to see them drag her towards the back of the motel.
It wasn’t easy that was for sure but Castiel managed to not die. He was out matched in all ways with the Archangel that protected Chad. He was sure his end was coming but he heard the call and the Archangel left him. No longer did he matter once the seal had been broken. Broken and beaten Castiel knew he had to move, had to find Dean.
While he was searching he heard her name on another’s lips and immediately changed to looking for her. He found her at a motel and thankfully he found she had been after the Winchester’s. She must be coming out. He thought to himself. Castiel would go to Dean first, fearing of what might happen if he approached Amelia alone again.
Castiel stood looking at eh Winchester’s. “Dean…” He said hoarsely. Still the angel was in bad shape. His words failed him as he saw Amelia in his mind. He looked terrified at Dean. “Go… They have her. We have to get her before they kill her.”

Ready for anything, his own words sort of haunting him. Yeah, that really helped, ready for anything could mean, well... Anything. What would work on holding off Lucifer? Was it even possible? The earth couldn't be in the hands of just him and his brother, along with the help of Castiel, could it? That couldn't be right... Even though he'd started it and he knew that he had to have some part in finishing it, Sam doubted highly his abilities in pulling that off.
“Dean…”
The sudden arrival of the angel was unexpected to say the least, and Sam jumped up off the bed in alarm, already in a defensive stance before he knew who it was. Relaxing upon seeing the angel, Sam then had a chance to look him over. He looked awful, Sam didn't know what had gone down, but it looked like Castiel had been hit by a truck.
"Castiel, what happened to you?" Sam asked, but the angel wasn't answering questions. Ignoring Sam, the angel looked to Dean, a terrified look on his face and spoke.
“Go… They have her. We have to get her before they kill her.”
Even thought it wasn't him who'd been spoken to, Sam spoke up. "Who has who? We're going to need a little more information, Cas," Sam said quickly. He knew something really bad had happened hence the look on the angel's normally stoic and calm face. Did this have something to do with Lucifer? Was it already starting? If so, they were so screwed.

Dean lost himself in his thoughts for a bit. Things were indeed at a point where just about anything could happen and he hated the feeling he was having right now. He had this nagging feeling in the pit of his stomach and he hated how Zacheriah's words were buzzing in his head. The bastard had gotten what him and the rest of the angels and demons had wanted.. Lucifer was free and now well Hell was soon to reign on earth. Dean wasn't about to stand for that though.. not as long as he had his free will and all the weapons he could handle. Dean and Sam needed help though that much was certain. He was slightly upset and then his mind was dragged to the present as Cas appeared in the room.
Dean arched an eyebrow and then took in Cas' appearance. The Angel had been beaten bad and trying hard not to show it but there was something else there that Dean picked on before Cas even spoke. "Cas?" Dean then looked to Sam as his brother voiced his own questions. Dean nodded then waited on Cas to answer them.
"Dean look there is no time to explain.. she is near.. find the girl.. you'll find answers.. you want to stop this apocolapyse and Lucifer... then find her save her before it's too late." Cas said voiced strained and worried.
Dean looked to Sam a moment after Cas half explained things. Dean then turned and grabbed his gun off the bed. He looked to Sam then headed out of the room. Dean closed his eyes a moment once outside and listened to the world around him. Dean then headed down around the corner of hte building. he had this feeling.. this gut feeling on what he was going to walk into. Dean stopped up slightly and waited for Sam.. once Sam was behind him ready to back him up then Dean was ready. Dean eased around the corner and blinked for a second at what he saw. Sure enough a demon had a girl.. she was unconscious of course.. something that he was instantly furious about. "let her go demon scum.. Or I swear you won't know what hit you in a matter of a few seconds." Dean said raising his gun and aiming it at the demon's head. Dean wished at that moment he'd had the colt but that was something he'd never ever see again.

Forcas, Hayyel and Raziel appeared behind Amelia. Raziel was the one to grab her and cover her mouth and nose to knock her out. The three angels moved quickly around the motel. They were sent to grab her and then wait or force her to awaken fully. None of them knew that the Winchesters were here till Dean Winchester pointed his gun in Raziel face. “And what will you do with that? Really Dean I heard you were more intelligent than the rest of the apes. I guess not.” Forcas and Hayyel moved to flank Dean. “How dare you insult us by calling us Demons.” Hayyel said with a snarl at Dean. “He knows not the difference Hayyel. He is just as blind as the rest. Where is the true demon? Where is that filth of flesh you call brother that let the Morning Star loose!?!”
Castiel ached in more than just the physical. Dean didn’t blink when he told him to go after Amelia. He took a deep breath. A long, painful, ragged breath. The archangel could have killed him and he wondered what happened if he had? The soul of this man could move on but what of him? He had no soul. Castiel didn’t linger on the thoughts long thinking of his other fallen comrades. The feeling of who was there hit him and he knew he had to move. Quickly he stalked up behind Dean. “I can’t say I am surprise at who Zachariah chose for his dirty work. Let her Go… NOW.” Castiel dove quickly at Raziel. He could only hope Dean was prepared for the two trains that were coming for him. He didn’t know about Sam, what he was capable of, of what he was now but surely he had a good idea.
Amelia heard noises but they were so far away. She felt like she was falling further and further away. Her body hit the ground and rolled a bit as Raziel and Castiel fought. Though Amelia was still out of it her body began to move. The tiny knife in her pocket wound up in her hands and she slit her arm wide open and scrawled signs on the floor. Forcas saw what was happening and moved to stop her. Her eyes were still closed. Her movements still so quick and she stood and caught Forcas by the throat and through him across the lot. She then bent down and finished her scrawling. A bright light flashed and the three angels that attacked her. Amelia’s body crumpled to the ground, her arm still bleeding.
The bright light came and Castiel had expected to ripped away. He was scared to be sent back but the light flashed and he was still there with Dean, Sam and Amelia. He saw her crumble on the ground and her arm gushing. He looked to Dean. “Need to stop the bleeding and then get her to a safe place. They will be back and quickly. Thank you for helping me… I know you are still not all happy with angels these days…especially me.”

"Dean look there is no time to explain.. she is near.. find the girl.. you'll find answers.. you want to stop this apocolapyse and Lucifer... then find her save her before it's too late."
A small crease in his brow and Sam looked towards Dean when Castiel finished explaining. He hadn't really answered much of his question, saying there was no time to explain, but Dean was springing into action quickly. He watched as his brother grabbed the gun that Sam had discarded earlier off the bed and walk out of the room. Sam quickly followed suit, but refused to leave the room without a weapon. Not like it would do much against a demon but distract, but that could be enough sometimes.
Sam moved over to one of the duffel bags, pulling out his own gun, checking to make sure it was loaded, and then followed out the door. He rounded the side of the building, catching up with Dean and Castiel just in time to hear the words come out of what they'd wrongly assumed to be demon's mouth.
“How dare you insult us by calling us Demons. He knows not the difference Hayyel. He is just as blind as the rest. Where is the true demon? Where is that filth of flesh you call brother that let the Morning Star loose!?!”
Trying to seem unmoved by the words, Sam did his best to ignore the dig and took aim towards the one called Hayyel, menacingly stalking towards his brother. When Castiel dove towards the one holding who Sam was assuming was the girl that was supposed to be saved, everything happened very quickly. The other two on either side of Dean moved to attack as well, and Sam jumped into action to help his brother. The fight didn't last for but a couple of minutes before a blinding light flooded the area.
The girl fell to the ground, her arm bleeding out to match the markings of blood on the ground and Sam immediately knelt next to her, ripping off the sleeves of his shirt to wrap around the cuts in her arms. If they didn't at least get a start on stopping the bleeding right now, she'd be dead in a matter of minutes.
“Need to stop the bleeding and then get her to a safe place. They will be back and quickly. Thank you for helping me… I know you are still not all happy with angels these days…especially me.”
Sam increased the pressure on her arm, the fabric soaking through right away. They had to get her out of here, this wasn't going to cut it by a long shot.

Dean blinked as the Angels corrected him and in the same breath offended him greatly. Dean took it all in stride though. "You see right now I don't see much difference between Angels and demons Given both of you wanted Lucifer free." Dean said glaring at them all. Dean shifted his gaze to the girl a moment and then regretted what was soon to go down. He rolled his eyes at the comment they made about his brother. "Oh you think you are so clever do you... trying to get a rise out of me.. not happening today... no matter what you say or do." Dean could not let them take her anywhere. Dean went to move towards the one holding the girl when Castiel seemed to come out of nowhere and lounge himself at the angel holding the girl.
Dean felt himself flanked rather quickly after Castiel made his move. Dean turned to take on one knowing Sam had his back in taking out the other one. Dean landed a few punches and the Angel he took on landed a few of his own. Dean groaned slightly going down to the ground then glanced over to the girl he saw her moving and writing symbols like those Anna had made to get rid of Castiel and Uriel months ago. Dean saw the angels that were trying to take her move to stop her but it was too late and Dean had to shield himself from the bright light a moment. Once the angels all but Castiel were gone Dean got up and looked to Castiel as he spoke. Dean glanced to Sam and saw his brother already in motion to go help the girl before she bled to death.
"Cas... we will protect her do not worry." Dean then walked over to Sam and the girl. Dean could read the look on Sam's face all too well. Dean bent down and scooped the girl up in his arms. "Grab our bags Sam and meet me at the car. We'll get her to a hospital." Dean then headed to his beloved Impala. Dean looked down at the girl and noticed she was quite beautiful. It was shame she had to cut her arm open to save them all and bide them all some time. Dean wondered how she knew those symbols but that was something he'd have to wait to ask her about. first thing was first They needed to get her patched up and healed.

Sam had moved quickly to Amelia’s side and tried to do a quick wrap of her wounds till they could get her someplace safe and truly treat her. Castiel was glad for that. He already knew that Sam had gone over that he allowed himself to be tricked and let Lucifer free but still there was good in him. Seeing that and a few of the other things made Castiel wondered what was good and evil anymore. That line used to be so very clear to him but not now. Then Dean took over and held Amelia to his body. Castiel saw the look in his face. Amelia was indeed a beautiful woman, inside and out. “I think a hospital is a bad idea.” He moved in closer and touched Amelia’s arm and it healed some and then Castiel staggered a bit. “She’ll be good enough till you can care for it. I know you and Sam can stitch her up.” Before dean could say anything else Castiel disappeared as fast as he showed. He hoped to cover them and run a bit of inference. Maybe he could find Anna.

Dean arched an eyebrow as Cas spoke. Dean then frowned a bit knowing Cas was right and that a hospital was most likely a bad idea. Dean hated them himself why was he thinking of going to one simply to help this girl. Dean watched Cas heal Amelia a bit so that the blood slowed and she would be fine with a nice compression on the wound. Dean watched Cas disappear and then frowned. Dean began moving again and gently eased the girl into the back seat of the Impala. Dean turned and there was Sam ready to go with their stuff. Dean moved to open the trunk and then once everything was in and Sam was in the back with the girl Dean slipped into the Drivers seat and started the engine.
Dean looked in the mirror at Sam and they exchanged a look. It was a bit before Dean spoke. "Once we find a safe place we can stitch her wound.. Cas healed it enough to get us by till then. Keep compression on it though.. if she stirs..." Dean swallowed hard realizing how dumb what he'd been about to say was going to come out.. if she stirred he'd hear her and see her in the rearview mirror there was no way that he'd miss that no matter how hard he'd be concentrating on the road ahead of him. Dean turned the music on then quickly shut it off. Dean ran his free hand through his hair and looked in the mirror again at Sam. Dean was worried and now they had this girl who they didn't know at all and he still needed more to go on then simply Cas' word.. sure it meant a lot but at the same time... there was much Dean was sure Cas wasn't telling them.. course perhaps the girl when she woke would be able to fill in some of the blanks in all this.

Nodding once at Castiel when he said that the hospital idea was bad. He healed her enough that bleeding to death right here on the ground wouldn't be an issue. That didn't mean that they still had nothing to worry about. Dean took over after that, moving Amelia gently to the Impala while Sam went back to gather their things. It wasn't safe here now, not for any of them. Sam kind of figured that there weren't a lot of places that actually were safe for them anymore, but let that logic slip aside for the moment. He needed to concentrate on what was happening right now.
Walking back out to the car quickly, Sam dumped everything into the trunk and quickly moved to the back to sit with the girl.
"Once we find a safe place we can stitch her wound.. Cas healed it enough to get us by till then. Keep compression on it though.. if she stirs..."
Heaving a sigh, Sam looked towards the front seat, managing to catch Dean's eye in the mirror. Seeing the stress on his brother's face at the look they exchanged in the mirror, Sam offered up a small smile of his own. It was strained, but he tried, and it was there.
"I got it, Dean, you just concentrate on getting us out of here, okay?" Sam said, letting his gaze fall back to the girl whom on one hand they'd saved, and on the other hand, who'd saved them. Who was she and why was she so important? There were so many questions left unanswered Sam felt like he was fourteen and following blindly once again. Though this time the battle was much bigger and these unanswered questions weren't just fill in the blanks left out by John Winchester. No, Sam wanted and needed answers and he wanted them now.
