Stay realistic to the book. Stick to the facts. If you're not I will PM you or burst into your topic. You know when you're being realistic or not, come on guys. We've all probably read the books. We all make slip up here and there but anything I see that's BIG you will get told to edit it or delete it.

Muggle Technology
NONE OF IT! I don't want to see anyone walking around with laptops or iPods. Come on guys, we all know that crap doesn't work on Hogwarts grounds. So no CD players, computers, cell phones, etc. You know what muggle technology is so don't use it!

Voldomort's Spawn
EWWW! Ok, no one would mate with this guy. If one of his kids pops up in the 7th book, I'll give you a dollar but NONE in this RP. You sign up as one or I see you even hinting to it in a topic, I'll ask you to change your plot line.

Transfer Students
J.K. Rowling once said on her web site said that students don't just come from America or France in the middle of their wizarding schooling to come to Hogwarts. Not in those exact words but she still said it. So I don't want a new 4th year from America or China or something, okay?

Plot Lines
Any plot lines affecting the school or the over all wizarding world must be approved by me. For instance no death eaters can attack students and not have me no about it. For that matter, don't let it happen at all unless I say in the Bulletin Board 'Death Eaters are going to attack!!' But if you do have a plot line that might be crazy, PLEASE let me know first.

Avatars and Banners
Please make sure to have one or the other, preferably both. If you can't make one yourself, post in the graphics section and request one.

God Moding
Don't do it. It means playing someone else's character, or saying what they're doing or what happened to them in YOUR post. It's annoying and no one likes having it done to them without their permission.

Death
If your character is going to die or you're going to kill them off, make sure first that it's a realistic way to die, haha funny sounding I know, and that you've talked to me first.

Sex
No sex will be tolerated. Honestly, you don't need to be a little horn dog on a Hogwarts site. There are other things to do. If you have a problem with this rule, Don't join. Simple as that.

Sorting
Do not post saying what house your character is in. I will be sorting all the characters. Sorry! If it's a character from the books that you're playing, then you can put it in that house but if it's an origional character, I'll be sorting you.

Common Rooms
The common rooms have passwords. As well as some other rooms in the castle. For common rooms and staff, if you have characters in seprate houses or that are staff and no all the passwords, do not bring your other characters into rooms they don't belong in.

Amount of Characters Allowed
You can have as many characters as you like but make sure to keep up with them all please. If you don't keep up with them then they could be deleted after a month.

Multi Character Accounts
You are allowed to have more then one character on an account but make sure not to have more then three on one. Also they must be related in some way, either siblings or close cousins or something.

Death Eaters and Order Members...
Must be out of school. End of story. To show you fully went through the rules post The less you wear the more you need nare in your applications. =)

Spread It Out
Meaning, don't have all your characters in one house. If you have too many in slytherin and none in hufflepuff or something then I'll have to start not counting your posts as house points. Also spread it out for years too.

Quidditch and Prefects
You are only allowed to have of your characters on quidditch teams. This is so that other people can have a chance at team spots. The same goes for prefects.
