Blood: Pureblood, Half-blood or Mudblood/Muggle-born?
House Request: What House does your character want to be in? Please list all four Houses in order of preference. If your character is an adult, please state what House they were in: i.e. Gryffindor Alum. The final decision depends on the Admin, though!
Occupation: Either student or something else!
Loyalties: Are they a Death Eater, Talon Servant or Order Member?
Wand Specifications: Length, wood, and core, please!
Patronus: If they were to conjure a Patronus, what would it be, and why?
Boggart: What would their Boggart shift into?
Avatar: Please put an 100x100 avatar of the face of your character. If you don�t know who will play them at the moment, please just state that you�re undecided. If you do know, please then write the name of the model you�re using.

General Appearance: Please write at least two detailed paragraphs describing how your character looks.
Personality: Again, the two detailed paragraphs. Remember: you only have to do this once! Do your best!
Strengths: Just list your characters� strengths here. This may include different personality traits, as well as specific lessons in school.
Weaknesses/Flaws: List your character�s weaknesses and flaws, including classes or even allergies!

History: A detailed and original history, please!
