So, here at Dark Monarchy, we have three Admins in the Admin team that work together to help try and give the best roleplaying experience that we can. The three of us are good friends, and always talk through everything, so don't be surprised if you ask a question that needs to be discussed properly in our secret, magical staff board!

There are two main things that you need to bear in mind about this Admin team. Firstly, we are all entirely equal. Don't hang around and wait for the advice of one Admin, just because you think they are superior: it's simply not true. We all work together for the good of the board... so unless you want to discuss something from the list that you genuinely believe only one Admin will know, any of us can answer your question.

The other thing is that we are in two decidedly different timezones, so sometimes it takes a couple of days for us to be able to talk to each other properly: this basically means that if you have a question that all three of us need to talk about, you have to be prepared to wait. We'll sort it out for you as soon as possible, so don't harrass us. It doesn't make us want to run around after you if you keep banging on at us: we don't live around the corner from each other, you know!

Anyway, here's a basic list of the jobs each of us do. Of course, the list can change, and will always be subject to change, so the most important thing to remember is that we're all equal. Just because one staff member has one job, it doesn't mean that other staff members can't do it too.
