1st Chapter of book 4

I was reading through your journal on your website, and you said:

Does that mean those like me who cannot make it to Gen Con miss out on the 1st chapter? Or will you be posting it up for all to read??

Gencon has been and gone now. Kylie did another reading a year ago (A small excerpt from Chapter 4 if memory is staying with me) and I figure the same reasons still apply.

Harper Collins don't want her putting it down in writing as they fear that if people see it before the book is released they may subsequently think when they finally see the book on the store shelves, that they have already read it and not actually buy it.

Thats a fair reason but stil sucks!

I don't see how if only posted in the forums or something the fans on this site could mistake it with that new cover and all.

But then again Kylie could always do what she did before like in Red Phoenix and have the extract come from Chapter 21 or Blue Dragon where the extract is from the plane and Simon sees if his control works over her.

So Kylie could always choose a chapter that would annoy us but fill our need for a extract by having 1 that is about to answer 1 of the many questions raised in the forums but then stop it before it does.
