Hi! I registered just for the chance of channeling my ten year old self.
You remember up on the roof (edit: shield 4, now that I've checked the level guide), where you can get hit by lightning? You remember that death scream? ...yyyyeah. I couldn't sleep for weeks. This post has been edited by Piņata Tsunami on Nov 2 2009, 11:48 AM |

Ah we talking classic black&white DC here? I vaguely recall as a 8-year-old getting frazzled by lightning and finding it quite funny. Getting frazzled by the eye in FB-4 though was much more annoying as it took a lot of time and effort to get there. It was so rare I made it through FB-3 without dropping down the waterfall... Back in the day... Never lost any sleep over it though. Btw, welcome to the board. |

Thanks! Yeah, this was the classic b&w. I didn't play it for all that long; my dad took a macintosh home from work, and we played this for a month or two. I remembered it as a great game (albeit terrifying to me), and it looks to me like it's still holding up. Maybe I ought to play it again for kicks.

You can try; you can also have a look at some of my films of it if you search back in the films section and want a laugh, or memories. I also learnt to play on a parental work computer too; a Mac Plus - with considerably less processing power than the cheapest mobile phone you can buy... In fact, less processing power than the laser writer it drive for a brief time late in its life. ...back in the day... |
