Nope, not mine. :(

My phone is there, but remember that we already determined that Verizon no longer carries the game and that is the list of Verizon phones that "used" to carry that game.

*Sigh* It's only $4.99 I would totally buy that...

Yeah, that's really lame. Maybe the carrier for the iPhone will be able to sell the game (wait, will I *ever* be able to afford an iPhone? I wish.....).

Heck, the iPhone will *almost* be powerful enough to run DC3 itself. :)

Well, now that I think about it, I dunno...you think it can? I'll take out a loan to buy it if that's the case! :)

Dark Castle
Carrier: Sprint
Categories: Action, Adventure, Classic
Release Date: Coming Soon

interesting....

izdale - March 20, 2007 05:02 AM (GMT)
It's the same game that they made before, they are just releasing it for Sprint phones. That's what it looks like to me anyway. I guess this just confirms that they are no longer with Verizon and have made a deal with Sprint to sell the game with them.

well, I E-Mailed them again, but I don't think it's permanent, I think that cell phone games often tend to hop around

Subject: Any plans for Dark Castle to come back to verizon phones?

I really would like Dark Castle to show up for Verizon phones again,
as I didn't own a cell phone at the time it was previously available
for Varizon phones.

Is there any plans to bring it back to varizon phones?

***********,
Verizon regularly goes through their list of games that they provide and
cycles them out for newer games. If a title is popular enough then it
will stay on but you will only see that with ultra popular games like
Tetris or Pac-Man. We would love to have our game available on Verizon's
network again but that decision lies in Verizon's hands.  If you contact
Verizon they might have a way to get the game to you through their
network or if there is enough interest in the game they would put it
back on their download list. I hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Don

so, yes, It might be worth a response, of some sort, but to varizon, not bandai/SHFF

So is he saying that Verizon would possibly make it possible for you to download and pay for it, without them putting it back on their download list? Maybe when RTDC is released, the game will be back on their download list again as it becomes popular again, that's the hope anyway ^_^

One wonders how they gauge the popularity of a game that cannot be accessed...

izdale - March 28, 2007 11:21 PM (GMT)
But it was accessable, and then it was removed, and that's probably why, because it wasn't popular enough to keep it on their list. Hopefully that will change with RTDC's release...

I looked on Verizon's site under contact us and there was an email page
where you have to put in some info but that's all I could find.  Amp'd
mobile also had Dark Castle for a while but after extensive searching,
it looks like Dark Castle has suffered a similar fate on Amp'd's
download section as it did on Verizons download section. Right now it
does not look like there are any carriers that are downloading DC. Sorry
for the inconvenience.
Sincerely,
Don
