Of course, I'm not on Facebook anymore (I disagreed with Facebook's terms) but I suppose if some of you are you could join this group.

Looks like he is openly discussing the iPhone port there...
EDIT: If you aren't on Facebook, how did you get that message?

Well, I did send a few e-mails to MSP and I'm guessing that he simply invited people based on e-mail addresses in his inbox.
Keep me posted on the discussions. :)

Right now, the discussions are mostly people complaining about the game phoning home. I complained first, but there have been several people after me also complaining. I hate to be so negative, because Return to Dark Castle is an excellent game, but the DRM just ruins it for me. Is it wrong to pirate a game you bought to get around horrible DRM and ensure the game will work in the future when SuperHappyNofunNofun goes out of business?

I think technically it's legal, though I'm not suggesting anything.

It violates the software agreement, but hell, who cares about that.

A reply 18months out of date? Oh well... Technically it is probably illegal to hack your own copy of the game even if you don't redistribute it... Mainly because most EULAs state you don't actually own the software you bought; you merely licensed it... Hence modifying it breaks the license; you are no longer licensed; ergo you are an illegal alien.
However I don't think anyone would hold it against you [and indeed many people would probably applaud] if you did.

I thought that this was changed to be legal:
http://www.appleinsider.com/articles/10/07...rized_apps.htmlJust don't distribute it, and you're golden.

I don't think so; I think that only stands if eSellerate goes bust and hence the game physically won't work without the DRM being removed.
