While leafing through some old family albums, I spotted an old Dark Castle -inspired painting hanging on the wall of my room in the summer of 1990 (I was 9 years old at the time). Though it was just a small speck in the background and distorted due to perspective effects, I managed to apply modern technology (i.e. scanner and Photoshop Elements) to straighten it out a bit. So, behold my creation—complete with dragon, vultures, bats, drawbridge, and lightning*!



* Lightning-strikes are obviously limited to the top part of the “screen”—that's just how it works.

You still have this? I'll give ya a dolla fiddy for it. That's a good painting for being 9 tho!

Unfortunately, I don't think it survives other than in the background of the photo I scanned it from.
