Those are pretty good, I like your art style and want to see what it looks like after you have refined it a bit more. I also have a few tips that I think would improve your art:

The first one would be to completely render your image. On some of the characters, there are still white pixels from where you took the image. Sigs look much better with these taken out. The most obvious example of this is the Zapdos sig, on its left wing.

The second thing to work on is something I myself have a lot of trouble with, and is the Font, the Font Size, and the placement. Most of the time people have their fonts in one of the corners, usually on the opposite side of the render. It is also good to use a font that sort of matches the character. You do this really well in the Samus Sig.

Some of your sigs don't have borders, your work would look much better with borders.

Now for the good news. I really like your style. The master chief sig in the first post and the Samus sig in the second are both very good, and you should shoot to make more sigs like that.

I can tell that you really made your art your own. You have a very distinct style that with a bit of practice could become really great. I look forward to seeing more work from you.

I think SG's the only guy that knows what he's talking about...

Okay, I'm not going to say your sigs are terrible, but they're not good either. They're kind of on the border between the two.

The text choices are horrible, the renders look like they were just slapped on there and your attempt to compensate for that is to throws blotches and lines of colors everywhere, which doesn't make the signature look any better.

Like SG pointed out, no borders make it look weird.

The animations are okay, but the last frame in the flower one just screws it up pretty much.
