QUOTE (From "Waterbits")
Brooklyn was used to wearing skin tight clothing, on the ocean she was always known to wear a blue on darker blue neoprene wetsuit so that she could stay out longer without fear of hypothermia. As well in storm surfing she practically had to wear a wetsuit for added buoyancy and the fact that the water was much colder. With her water controlling powers it wasn’t a far stretch of the imagination for her to want to wear a wetsuit as her heroic costume, however running around everywhere in just a shorty wetsuit wouldn’t really suit all of her needs. So she decided on starting with the aqua blue on dark blue shorty wetsuit that she had been comfortable in as a base, the design was fairly simple, it covered the bulk of her body ending at her forearms and upper thighs, the top half was dark blue with the sleeves having a light blue design, the rest of the suit was light blue with the legs having the same triangle design but in dark blue, there was also a cut away around the abdomen that showed off her toned stomach and belly button, this served the purpose of flexibility while giving the suit some aesthetics. If she was going to be a super hero though she needed to cover her identity somehow, so she extended the collar of the suit to a mask that would cover the lower part of her face, dark blue with a light blue ridge around the very top of the mask. Beyond that she thought she might need some boots, but then an idea struck her, in order for her to control water she needed to be in physical contact with the body of water, it would suck to have to bend down to touch every puddle that she came across. So instead of boots she decided on a pair of dark blue neoprene socks that had the toes cut away, these would give some protection to her feet while offering her the ability to get in water easier (Not having to fumble with boots was favorable.)

While she was at it, she began to think that wearing a skin tight suit everywhere was kind of embarrassing. She was used to being in one, but still having some additional cover was always good. Beyond that what was a super hero without some costume piece that was characteristic to them and them alone. She decided on a leather black single breasted sleeveless trench coat with a cape around the shoulders, at standing upright position the cape was just long enough to cover the short sleeves of her wetsuit, and the tail of the coat was long enough to come to her calves. Acting on the instructors suggestion of having some source of water nearby Brook decided to have a pair of black wrapping created to wrap around bother her wrists and hands. They were made of a specialized porous material with a source of water on the inside, when put under pressure they secreted their supply of water from the point of pressure much like a sponge.

Having completely replaced his street clothes, Calyx stood in costume. On his feet were simple charcoal colored ankle high shoes. The clothes he wore were all skin tight, which showed off his slight frame, though with the bulk of his exoskeleton it would give the impression of a developed musculature. For pants he wore shorts that stopped several inches above the knee. The fabric was charcoal with electric blue stripe down the outside of the thighs. An electric blue belt attaches the shorts to the shirt, preventing them from becoming separated in fight or flight, but allowed him to unconnect them if he needed to remove parts of his skeletal armor when he molted. His shirt had short sleeves that fell a hands width below the shoulder and a neckline that rested on his collar bone. This too was charcoal, with stripes going up both sides. Centered on his chest in the same electric blue is an emblem of a pair of dragonfly wings that mimicked his own wings that protruded from the back of his uniform. Lastly on his head he wore a pair of goggles designed to look like compound insect eyes to mask his identity. The polarized lens were iridescent silver with a blue sheen.
