Notes Pale of skin and hair, Autumn has been accused of being an Albino. Only the bright blue eyes hidden behind sunglasses are an indication that she is capable of producing pigment. When safely indoors, Autumn wears normal clothing for a teen, t-shirts, tanks tops, and jeans. When Autumn goes out, she wears a large fedora, sunglasses, gloves, and a black skin tight cat suit that covers every inch of skin from her chin down.

Personality:
Autumn is an intelligent young woman that has spent a lot of her lifetime indoors. She is knowledgabe on a variety of issues and can come across as being a bit of a know-it-all. She keeps herself physically fit and spends a fair amount of time studying up on politics. Autumn has a great amount of curiosity and wants to know not only how something works, but why it was created to do so, who is behind it, and every other detail possible. When she grasps onto something interesting she has the tenacity of a pittbull. Slightly awkward socially, Autumn has little experience with people her own age.

Due to her handicaps, Autumn tends to overcompensate in the other areas. She revears her family and is driven to grow stronger, faster, smarter, and to gain the training necessary to one day be as heroic and well known as her mother, and grandfather.


Talents:
CostumeAutumn has inherited the costume of her grandfather... with a few modifications. With the suit's mask she has infrared and uv vision, microscopic and telescopic vision to 10x human limits, tell the exact time and know her exact location at all times. It also has a GPS system that allows her to map out routes to different locations. The mask filters incoming air to prevent poison by gases, and has a back up air supply that will last up to an hour should she be put under water. The mask is created to distort her voice, making it unrecognizable to any that hear it. The rest of the suit offers her protection up to low caliber firearms, and against extreme temperatures.

The Nightstick Her main form of defense, the Nightstick is able to discharge various gas pellets, based off the Midnight Mist her grandfather created. These pellets can go up to 500 feet in distance. The pellets create large obscuring clouds that block all normal and enhanced eyesight up to a 200 foot radius, effectively blinding everyone not capable of seeing in infrared, the UV spectrums, or using echolocation. If used in thicker concentration the gasses can severely hamper the breathing of anyone caught in the cloud. The night stick can be changed with a flick of the wrist from a 10inch long barrel pistol to a compact truncheon.

Physical Abilities Autumn is an accomplished Escrima fighter, and to a lesser extent, fencing. She is at her phsyical peak, able to bench press up to 150 lbs, and has the acrobatic skills on an Olympic level.

Intelligence Autumn is near genius in intelligence. Having no real social life, and being home schooled, she has studied politics, the arts, chemistry, forensic science, investigative techniques, mechanics, more devious of things like lockpicking, sleight of hand, lying and knowing when she is lied too, and playing the drums.

Weaknesses:
Achromatopsia Autumn is unable to see any types of colors. Her vision is only in tones of grays. While she can see better than average at night, she has severe problems trying to see during the day and is blinded by sunlight.
Solar urticaria Autumn is allergic to sunlight, suffering from a rare disorder. Within moments of being in the sunlight or artificial sunlight, hives and rashes appear on her skin, growing into large and painful blisters wherever she is exposed. The rush of fluids to her skin causes light headedness, pallor, and can result in her going into shock.


History:
Travis Hunter, the man behind the Midnight persona, hung up his cape after falling in love with his lab assitant, Doreen. While she knew and approved of his masked persona, he knew he couldn't continue when there was someone who would miss him should he disappear. The duo settled into marital bliss and had twin daughters, Natalie and Nicole. Their children soon seemed to follow in the footsteps of their parents. They were rising stars in the science world. When chemical and biological weapons began to take the place of traditional weapons it seemed only natural that the twins join with the government. While Natalie stayed in the lab, Nicole took a more active role of an agent for the NSA.

It was while foiling a plot to attack a UN conference that Nicole met Agent Roc Tandem. The duo were successful in their mission and were parterned up there after. It was only natural that they fell in love, although unconvental that they took Nicole's last name. 7 years after marrying, Nicole became pregnant with a daughter they named Autumn. Unfortunately, Autumn was not a healthy baby. Born premature she had severe complications and remained in the hospital for three months before being able to go home. It was while she was carried to the car that her first true disorder was found. The moment the sun touched her skin she began wailing in pain. Hives formed where it touched, a rash leading the way. Her parents rushed her back into the hospital.

Diagnosed with a severe case of solar urticaria, the Hunters were warned not to expose their daughter to any sunlight and many forms of lightbuls that offered up the UV lights so dangerous to her. Rather than being devistated, Nicole and Roc saw it only as a slight bump in the road. They created a safe haven for their daughter in the mansion they owned. Aunt Natalie often babysat while the couple continued in their positions at the NSA. During these formitive years, Autumn's inability to see any colors was discovered.

They formed many enemies and it was only natural that those enemies would do the research needed to find their daughter. Agents of Overthrow flooded into the home, shooting Natalie and taking Autumn, who was 5 at the time. To draw the couple out, the agents sent a video to their hotel of Autumn being held down in the full light of the sun. Blinded by love, the couple rushed to save their daughter before the exposue could be deadly. During their blitz on the compound, Roc was fatally wounded. They managed to save their daughter, but medical help came too late for Roc.

After a year of grieving and intense therapy for Autumn, and physical therapy for Natalie, Nicole re-claimed her role as an Agent. Autumn supported her mother fully and was insanely jealous that she could not help in some way. Unable to leave the confines of their house without preparation, Autumn knew she'd be a liability. Vowing to never again be helpless, she threw herself into studies and training. Homeschooling proved to be beneficial as Natalie taught lessons not found in public school curriculum. Proud of her daughter, Nicole hired the best trainers to build her child's physical prowess.

Autumn was 12 when she discovered her grandfather's Midnight costume. It was a god send. She finally had a chance to do something with herself. She confronted Travis and pleaded to be given the chance. Seeing her big blue eyes tearing up, he reluctantly agreed to help her out. He and Doreen got to work on creating a new suit to fit Autumn's much smaller frame. Utilizing the advances in technology they made a few additions and allowed her to train in the costume. A year passed before she began wanting more. It was then that Travis made the most of his old contacts and discovered that there was a school run by an old cape for supers. Autumn submitted a video request to Duncan McNeil, practically begging him to give her the opportunity to make a difference despite her unique handicaps.
