((OOC: This is your basic Fantasy RP past tense third person... And if I know EvilMufasa he'll Jump right into this one.))

Destin was an estimated day's walk from Tyria now. He had made it in double time, as it was now midday. Drawing his swords, Driln and Fang, he lashed out at a tree. The swords had made a clean cut down the middle and the tree toppled over. With a small hatchet, Destin took some dried wood off the tree and set up a fire. He sat down and thought for a bit about his mentor's murder, a memory that would probably haunt him forever, as he drifted to sleep he thought, That drow... I will kill him for what he did.. Even if it costs my life..

Destin woke up in the night as he intended to, but there was an uneasy feeling about that place. He felt as if.. As if something was watching him, his every move.. Destin grabbed his pack and started a sprint off to the north. A snapping sound came from behind him and he looked back. A man, dressed in grey had apparently come out of the trees and was running toward him.

Krim needed food. This man seemed to have a pack across the fire from him.. Krim was going to attempt another theft from a traveller when he heard a groan and the cound of crunching leaves.. Damnit! He thought to himself as he leapt back up to the tree. Perfect timing on the travellers part.. The swords he carried though... Royal blades of the Strider family? Their son maybe? Thisll make a good ransom.. When krim came away from his thoughts, the Strider Family Heir was gone though.. Krim jumped from the tree and spotted the Traveller running northernly, "Gotcha" Krim thought aloud as he took off after the fellow.

Far ahead of Destin was a poor and wretched man, laying on the floor, legs out wide, and back to the floor. With one arm covering his eyes...with his jacket spread out under him and his equipment cesides him he lay resting awaiting a call to his poor life.

"How long are you planning on doing this, Krim?" said a voice from the canopy. The lanky man below stopped in his tracks..... his back turned to the voice. "I see your hearing is as good as ever." a low chuckle rose from the branches. "There is no doubt in my aged mind that the boy would gain you a large ransom." The voice paused, causing an eery silence. "But this one..... old friend...... will most definitely be a tad more slippery than the others." It seemed Krim was becoming impatient... as his foot started stammering against the hard soil. "A hand is a tool made to manipulate...... but none can do more damage than the mind." Branches shifted as the voice moved throughout the treetops. "Use it."

"Of what importance are my actions to you, drow?" Krim had lost his ransom, as the young prince had run off, or possibly hidden. "He's slippery? your the one who made me lose him." Krim was angry, this drow had been following him for some time now, and Krim had not even known him. That boy could have been a ticket to a nice life... As soon as Krim had killed Tren, he was after a place to live. His thoughts turned back to the drow. "What business do you want of me anyway? And, how do you think you know the prince, you are not of royalty.."

Destin saw the man had stopped his persuit and he hid behind some brush and saw the assailant go by. A familiar shadow moving too fast to tell, was making its way behind him. Destin looked to his side, to see another man, this one though, was not an assasin. The man lay on the rocks below him, and looked back at Destin. "Who are you?" Destin whispered harshly, as if the words were forbidden. The man grunted and sat up, looking straight into Destin's eyes.

Ragnarok, hearing the comotion down the road gets a concerned look on his face. He pulls out his key to Dalneik's house. Normally he would knock to see if Dalneik was home. He turned the key to the house. *click* He then pushes the door open quietly. He closes the door behind him, and lets out "Dlaniek! Dalneik, are you here?" He then grabs a chair and heads over to the window. He climbs onto the chair and looks in the direction he heard the noise down the road.

The figure dropped down gracefully to the ground. A cloud of dust rose from the soil below. "His royal blood has no hold over these lands, krim." He made his way toward the assasin. "The forests of Irnos are ruled by the Granfeld family. I do not believe they hold any allegiance to that of the striders." The man's cheek-bones were tightening. "Your reputation proceeds you, assasin. Not only to me..... but to the higher powers of these lands. In fact....... I'm sure the captain of the Royal Guard would just love to get his hands on you." Myst was now directly behind krim. "I know these lands..... I have walked them for centuries. Join me...... or I fear you may suffer a most horrible death."

"Death does not frighten me Drow, and that royal guard has been taken care of.. They will notice it when he doesnt return for a while.... Either way, what would an outcast drow want with a human?" Krim had many thoughts on his mind.. Why him? could it not be another assasin that the drow should follow? Had it something to do with his family? His past? And what reputation did Krim have? He had kept to himself.. He didnt think he had told anyone. Did someone see him kill one of the many men that had lost their life to him? "How did you learn about me? Its as if you know me.."

Dalneik rushed up from his basement to see Ragnarok standing on a chair, gazing out the window. "What is the problem, Ragnarok?" Dalneik then walked over to the window to see what Ragnarok is looking at. Although Dalneik saw nothing (he is a human), he assumed that something bad must be happening, for Ragnarok would never just walk in to his house for no reason. "Quickly, Ragnarok! Let us go see what the commotion is about." Dalneik drew his sword, readied his sheild, and walked out the door. Almost instantly, he heard conversation in the distance and began to walk carefully towards it. Unfortunately, moving silently and full plate mail don't go well together. As Dalneik got closer, his heavy foot stepped upon a twig. *SNAP* The two people in conversation quickly looked to see an armored figure in the darkness.

Ragnarok acknowledged Dalneik, and told him what he had heard as they made their way to the sound of the two people talking. Walking along at Dalneik's side Ragnarok looks down as Dalneik snapped the twig. "Clumsy oafff." Ragnarok then laughed, and said "Oh well maybe we will get a nice workout." Then he redied his shield and axe. "Serve me well Leviathan!" Ragnarok thought outloud as he stroked the blade of his powerful axe.

((OOC: Fuck..... wasn't thinking.
I meant you need to stay in past tense. Instead of.....
this:
Ragnarok, hearing the comotion down the road gets a concerned look on his face. He pulls out his key to Dalneik's house.
do this:
Ragnarok, hearing the comotion down the road got a concerned look on his face. He pulled out his key to Dalneik's house.
It is in a story form.
I know this is a small thing but please just do it...... for some reason it just annoys me to high heaven. But then again, I don't believe in heaven, do I?))

"It seems that you are more popular than you thought... What I want with you.... is irrelevent to your destiny." The drow now stood in front of Krim, looking fully upon him. "You are an outcast, just like I am.... do not deny the hatred you have towards those who push us away." A sick smile spread across the purple face. "You are meant for better things...... higher grounds. Women.... riches..... you have pined for them I am sure. Through me, all is possible." The man still stood, expressionless. "I am.... your friend." With that, the drow extended his purple arm toward Krim.

"Though I want many things in the world Drow, I chose the path of an outcast. I did not ask if I was an outcast now did I? I asked what you would want with an assasin. I could easily turn on you, and you should know that so why me?" Before another question could be asked, A snapping sound came from the right. Krim quickly looked to see what it was. Two figures, readied for battle could be seen in the distance."It seems some people have been listening.. My being here can not be known.. It now seems a time to fight." Without warning, Krim leapt into the safety of the shadows, as he rushed the men.

Destin, not so trusting this man named plague Still answered his question. "I know not of whom that was. Someone was following that man though, and it seems as if I know him.." Destin, still walking, thought of who that could have been.. It plagued his mind.. Unable to get rid of the thought he looked back to the man. "so what is your reason to follow me, Plague?"
