- Every +1 Damage Upgrade after the first: +2.5 IP added 5 IP for each up additional upgrade.
{example: upgrading "1 damage to a row" to "2 damage to a row" is adding 5 damage overall and costs 5 IP.  The third damage upgrade increases the cost by 5 IP, resulting in a total cost of 10 IP.}
- Change the +1 damage Upgrade to a new Element: 10 IP (plus increases for for additional damage upgrades, if it applies)

Army Attacks, Costs EP
- +1 Damage: 7.5 IP

Misc Techs:
Fury Strike
