I don't know how many people have seen this, but there is a few spoilers that were let out at some of the interviews at Paley Fest. If you have seen season 6, some of it is pretty obvious, while another spoiler really isn't.
This is the spoiler about season 6, or at least the finale or the end, somewhere around there:

Like I said, not something that we already didn't see coming in the future, so not too big of a deal, but still, kind of sucks, and is also too predictable.
The other spoiler involves Castiel, and is interesting. Makes me think they might be hinting at a possible love interest.

It will be interesting to see this and see what their relationship is like. Would be nice to get some flashbacks and what not, like what was going on during that year that Dean and Castiel didn't talk.
Also, I'm saddened to learn that Dean will not be getting his amulet back this season. :(
