This is a thread to list your favorites in the world of music.

I suppose I'll start with an album.

"Superunknown" by Soundgarden. One of the rare albums where I genuinely like every song and never feel like skipping ahead to get to the next song quicker.

What musicians and/or songs just drive you nuts when you hear them?

I'll start with a couple of songs that play on the oldies network on the satellite at work that I simply detest--"Big Girls Don't Cry" and "Bird IS The Word".

There was one time MC and I were driving to Ames, IA. His CD player was on the fritz, so we were stuck with the radio. We would scan the dial, find a good song, it would end, then a song my Incubus, I believe it was, would come on. We'd change the station, find a good song...and then the Incubus song would come on. We'd change the station again and find a good song...and AGAIN this song by Incubus comes on!

About half an hour or so, six different radio stations, the same damn song. UGH!

I can't recall the name of the song, which is probably just as well.

Just about anything made by "Weird Al." "Poodle Hat" was a bit low on the chart, but nearly everything else tops my personal chart.

I also like Ozzy Osbourne, Metallica's pre-"Load" stuff, and AC/DC. just to name a few others.
