Sim Talk, We need some new threads

C'mon! Sims are fun. 'Specialy when you make anime/manga charactors, right? So why not share some fun stories of things your sims have done or what you've done to them. I'll start.

So, I created a Doumeki sim on Sims2:Pets. I moved him in with pre-made charactor Buck and his dogs. Shortly after this, I saved and my brother took over. He had Doumeki kick out Buck, who took his dogs with him. Then he rebuilt the house and lined every wall with Frood Orchards. He only had the basics of a fridge, toilet, sink and bed aside from those Orchards. My brother didn't even give him a front door. (Scary kid, my brother....) So Doumeki lived in his happy little house with his "Precious Orchard Collection" until one caught fire and slowly, the fire spread, torching every single one. Doumeki didn't put it out. He did not freak out. He just went and got a snack. *Snigger*

We didn't save afterwards. But even so, ever since, Doumeki sim hasn't quite been right in the head.... o.o

Don't really like ruining it for myself, creating anime/ book characters for sims. Although I can't say I've never done it, they were brief experiences. I guess I could talk about it in a hypothetical sort of way. Hypothetically speaking there's this really realistic Squall and Seifer skin? I'd place the two of them in the house. Squall'd get the shower and Seifer the bathtub because that's the sort of people they are. Still imagining this whole thing, I'd add in a rubber duck item that Seifer will keep playing with and habitually catapaults into Squall's shower by accident.

The frigde'll be stocked with beer, wine and strawberries. Since both of them are liable to set the stove on fire, they'll hit the fridge and then the nearest available flat surface soon after to work out those hormones . . .

Man . . . that would be great. Better stop here . . .

Ah Porti, how you make my poor brain die and then take off for a much needed vacation somewhere.....

I think it's fun to make anime sims. ^.~ Makes for lots of amusement.

In fact, quite strangely my Doumeki sim will come over to Watanuki's house where he lives with Fye, Tohru, Kyo and two dogs. And then he'll go to the kitchin and watch the Watanuki sim cook. Then when Watanuki is done, Doumeki starts talking to him and when Watanuki sets down the food, Doumeki steals it. *Cracks up* It's very amusing because they do it all on their own. Watanuki just usualy walks off to play with the dogs afterwards. Those two also will randomly start dancing together if I leave the radio on. O.o

Strangely, if Doumeki tries to start something, IE, kissing the Watanuki sim, Watanuki refuses. He HAS to be the one to start it or he gets mad. lol In particular, when Doumeki tried to cuddle on the garden swing and Watanuki hits him. lol

Dude, I would NEVER make my sweet charries in to Sims. Sims are retarded! (not dissing the game, I'm being serious). They won't do what you tell them too, they won't get out of bed, they habitually wet themselves and smell their armpits.

Not to mention all of the pathetic weeping.

I know their retarded. Maybe thats why I find them so amusing. XD

My Ichigo sim is the only one dumb enough to try and use the rocket bench that I put in the kitchin though. *Sweatdrop* You test to see just how stupid they are and you find their dumber than you thought.... But rather amusing anyway. ^.~

Actualy, I DO have ONE intellegent sim. That would be Kisuke Urahara who...technicly is my brother's sim. And who lives with five cats and never socializes. ^.~ But he sure loves those cats....

....I just realized that's probaly gonna be ME one day. XD

I've grown very fond of my Nuki-Chan sim. lol He's the only one in the house who doesn't cause drama. Tohru, Kyo and Fye are in some weird love triangle. O.o Tohru and Kyo are married but Fye is always randomly kissing or seranading Kyo and that pisses off Tohru... *Sweatdrop*

No. I'm gonna be a crazy old lady with cats! XD Who never socializes. *Shrug* I'm a cat lover. We have four right now. But growing up we had...seven? Eight? lol So, yeah. Someday I'll be that crazy old cat lady that everyone thinks is creepy.

We used to have lots of cats. They ALL died mysteriously. Pity too.

For some reason even the meanest cats will come up to me and demand attention. lol My cousin, C-Chan has this cat who is a total witch. She growls and hisses at everyone. But when I visit she immeadiatly comes over and starts rubbing on my legs and purring and even lets me pick her up. It's a mystery. ^.~

So anyway, I love cats. And they love me. So I'm gonna be a crazy old cat lady. Pretty simple.

It's great that cats love you. ^^ Animals hate me. It's mysterious. I get asthma when exposed to fur anyway so...

Mom has it with.... a lot. XD You'd be suprised the variety we've had come through here looking for food. They never bother our neighbors or anything. ^.~ But we've had possums, racoons, dogs, cats. We've even had a fox once. o.o Mom thought it was a dog and went out back. And then she was standing there putting some cat food in a bowl and it looked up and she realized what it was. Heh... It just watched her go back in and then went and ate the food....

Me, I just have it with the cats. Maybe they just sense something about us being animal lovers?

I think cats are nice, but as far as pets go, fish are a good choice. They don't make any noise and probably won't last two weeks. In my experience anyway.

How is that good? That would kill me. *Sigh* I had that problem with hermit crabs. They never lasted long and every time one passed I felt like a piece of my heart was being ripped out.... So I could never deal with a pet that doesn't live long.

It's kinda cool not to be afraid to attach yourself to something that will last a long time. I tend to prefer shorter engagements. Safer on the whole and you can always bail at the end without feeling like you're running away much.

Sure, it hurts when you lose them. But since you have such a long time with them, you have lots of good memories. And cats make life so much more interesting. Our black cat, Trouble, likes to jump up and cling to the back of someone's pants and try to pull them down. lol He's a nut.

He also walks on the treadmill with me.

He sounds like my kind of cat. On the other hand cat fur gives me asthma. On the whole pets don't go well with me.

Personally, since I've lived with cats my whole life, I can't imagine life without them. O.O

Sooo...I'm about to go out and get my pre-reserved copy of Sims 3 in a few. Anyone already have it? I've seen the behind the scenes stuff and it looks FREAKING INCREDIBLE!!
